We stayed at the Refinery Hotel over Thanksgiving weekend and it was a busy place. Our check-in was 45 minutes later than promised due to housekeeping. The room was mostly quiet, except for equipment moves in a nearby service elevator during the middle of the night. Not terrible but also not great, especially given the high prices.

Great hotel and staff. The rooftop bar and restaurant had great food, drinks and atmosphere. The location of the hotel was perfect for our family and as starting point to trips to areas around Manhattan. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
