Great location, clean, great roof top bar. You can walk to everything Time Square etc

This is a very hipster hotel - some of the staff was great but there were plenty with serious attitudes - nothing says welcome like a reception staff-person who makes you feel like she's doing you a favor by checking you in... The location is good.

Will stay at this hotel again, good central location.

hotel front desk staff was wonderful. bar staff at rooftop bar were slow and a bit snarky. request a room on the interior of the building to avoid the city noise...hard to sleep in once the city of nyc "wakes up"

The hotel location cannot be beat. Bathroom is very nice, however, the room design is not the most efficient. I did not feel the hotel staff provided the hotel hospitality that I expected for the hotel class it claimed to be in. Doormen seem to be more interested in chatting with each other inside instead of managing the front door and customers' luggage. When it came to customer service, the staff was more casual than discrete or professional.

Excellent good location nice staff good security nice bar good room service

This hotel was walking distance to everything. The view from our room was the Empire State bldg #1001 worth every penny! Staff was amazing. Rooftop bar and lounge were worth the trip! Local musicians and Tuesday night Tara OGrady rocked the hotel. I will never stay anywhere else!

Location was great. Super easy to walk to times squre if you are visiting. There are quite a few resturants nearby on the street over, a coffee/boba place right next door and they have a connecting resturant to the hotel. Only flaw there was stains on my sheets, kinda super gross. Complained and got switched to another room. overall the staff was welcoming and accomodating.

My only complaint is that my room faced a loud street. NYC is loud sometimes. The hotel is beautiful.

Very attentive and accommodating staff. Room was modern and clean. Extremely pleasurable stay. Would recommend to anyone!

Well located, 1 minute walk from Bryant Park, plus wide variety of cafes and restaurants. Nice design to leverage the historical setting - industrial and edgy. Staff very helpful.

excellent staff, great price, perfect location. Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. Great bartender and cocktails to boot.

Stayed there last 4 visits to NYC. No reason to stay anywhere else.
