Great location , staff is very friendly and helpful !

Nice location of the hotel, my room however was not very clean and I could feel smell of cigarettes coming from next room. No windows and poor air cerculation in the room.

My daughter and I took a two night, three day visit to NYC and were very pleased with this hotel. It's location was perfect for the things we wanted to do, the staff was always friendly, helpful and available, and everything was clean. It was the smallest hotel room I'd ever seen but it held the two twin beds we wanted, and the bathroom was not tiny. There was nothing fancy or extra, but the room was quiet, the beds comfortable, and I have no complaints.

I reserve a room but when I arrived I found that it is small room with small bed, it can not take two people.

I must say I was a little shocked on how small everything was. A+ effort on turning that little space into a hotel. The pictures doesn't' do it justice I barely fit into the elevator with my backpack and no other passengers could have fit in there with me. The room itself was nice just enough room for the full-size bed which I found very comfortable with the exception of the three hard pillows I was forced to settle with. The neighboring guest woke me up at 10:44pm after they checked in. They got into a fight immediately on arrival to their room and the women got put out the room. They argued all night until I called management to come settle the dispute. Overall with the with the exception of the noisy guests I did have a nice stay and despite of it all everything worked out. It was located near several great deli's and restaurants. I'd recommend this hotel because of the price and I would stay there again only for a short stay as well

Run away as fast as you can from this hotel. Terrible experience, unsafe, not clean, smells bad.

Tiny, funky smell, uncomfortable beds and pillows... But worth it for the convenience!

I knew from the amount of stars that this hotel already had, that it wouldn't be great. The room was small but pretty clean. It was tiled throughout, which was a good thing in terms of cleanliness I guess. The hallway was tiled too, which made the comings and goings of the comic-con convention guest really loud. To be fair, the guests weren't trying to be quiet or respectful. In the bathroom, it took a long time for the water to get warm, the water pressure was low and there were obvious repairs needed to several of the fixtures. The bed was comfortable though.

This is a very simple place, but very well located. If you just need a place to sleep and take a shower while visiting NY, this is a cheap god option.

I was so skeptical about staying at this hotel after all the terrible reviews. I am just so glad I did stay here it is in the middle of everything literally 5 min from Times Square and a convenient store 1 min away for small things you might have forgotten. The room was small but so what your not in New York to stay in your room!!!! Anytime I stay in New York this is where I will be

Stay only for one night, but great location, room is really small with one bunker bed and one twin bed, but it is good enough for three people. Anyway, worth the price i paid

the location of the hotel was great, close to the port authority and the times square, we walked to almost everywhere. all in all it was a great vacation.

Good for short trip. Clean and convienent. It is near the city center. Good for touring downtown.

Would not recommend. Pictures advertised were different from hotel rooms offered. Got bug bites after sleeping one night. Had to kill a spider, a worm/caterpillar, and a bunch of these little tiny flying beetles. More of a 1 star motel than a hotel. Left after a day with no refund, lost about $800. Stay away from this place. One positive was that some of the staff were very nice and helpful, especially Jonathan!

This hotel is in an excellent location on 38th and 8th. Penn Station and Macy's are within walking distance, and so are restaurants on restaurant row(46th), Times sq., theaters on Broadway etc. Nothing close to luxurious, especially the entrance needs some renovation, but the room was very clean and the stay very pleasant. Price was v competitive. Overall pleasant stay.

Needed a good room to relax. However, the room was small. Very closed. AC didn't work in a hot humid day. Noisy bed. Bathtub looked dirty. No sitting / waiting area in the hotel. Lift is for 1-2 person. I wouldn't recommend for business trip because you need to relax well. There was no iron in the room to press my shirt.

I wanted a cheap room to crash in by myself for a night and this fit the bill at around $85. This is probably the least nice hotel room I've ever stayed in, but it was worked for my situation. It is one of the least expensive hotels in the area, but don't stay here if you're looking for much more than that.

Me and my colleague were in NYC for business and this was the perfect location. Close to everything and the staff was awesome. Room was clean and it was surprisingly quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

We were in town for a concert at Madison Square garden. The hotel was an easy 8 minute walk from Penn Station. We were greeted by a friendly staff member and were allowed an early check-in to our complimentary upgraded room! The room was clean and comfortable and rather quiet for being so close to everything. Definitely would recommend the Manhattan Broadway Hotel if you need a place to clean up and rest and not looking for a resort.

The staff here are the BEST, so helpful with trains, directions, and recommendations. The room was small but more than enough for my husband and I. The location of this hotel is the best. The receptionist saved us $60 cab fare back to the JFK by directiong us 2 blocks over to the LIRR (train) wich takes you down 2 stops where you transfer to the airtrain (monorail directly to JFK) the LIRR was $6.50 each and the airtrain was $5.50 each we were there in 1/4 the time a taxi takes for $24 so wish I knew about this option on the way to the hotel. I found this hotel to be clean, very comfortable bed, and exceptional customer service my husband is a smoker and they placed us on the first floor so he had easy access all night if he wanted to smoke. There is a great little liquor store "Cambridge" run by a veteran and his family with a great selection and even better advice about attraction and restaurants. We loved Bryant park great place to people watch. This hotel is a 15 min walk to Time Square, and by train you can be at Central Park in 20 mins or Little Itally in 10 mins I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to merge with NYC. The Manhattan Broadway is perfect for middle class working americans who don"t need or want all the fuss but who want a great value and to be treated like a local. Thank you Manhattan Broadway for a fantastic stay we will be back !!!!!
