The reception 1 person was very helpful. They allowed us to drop off bags prior to check in and also watched them after our checkout time so we didn't have to carry them during our time exploring the city. Communication was clear.

Great for a weekend getaway!

Great location made it easy to get to many attractions. Perfect for our weekend stay. Was great to be able store luggage before and after checking out, gave us more time to explore the city. Would definitely stay here again. We had our family of 6 and got a family suite with plenty of room.

The place was near Empire state and koreatown walkable and near subway. Clean, organize overall We had a comfortable stay & rested well. You can also cook inside if you want but koreatown gives us different dining experience. They can keep your luggage too for free if you came early or check out and still wants to tour around. I will definitely recommend this place.

Our family of five enjoyed our stay here. A lot of the places we wanted to visit were closed by and it was easy and fast to request uber/lift. The street is busy and noisy but hey your in New York City so it was expected! But did not bothered us. The place was clean, it felt safe and we would definitely be staying here in the future.
