Pleasant stay—really nice staff. Plumbing fixtures are kind of wonky but worked once I figured them out. It would be a plus to have the curtains be able to cover the window, not just the shade.

My room was near the elevators and it was really loud for a good part of the night and early morning so I ended up loosing sleep. Every floor in that building next to the elevators must be problematic. When I checked out they were nice but did not offer any consideration.

For a hotel pitching itself as luxury, having peeling wall paper exposing mould, and gross carpet stains felt very budget. We were really disappointing with this hotel and would not opt to stay here again. Even after telling staff about the condition of the room, there was no real effort to resolve things until a couple of hours before we left. If you need a place to stay, the bed is clean...if you want to feel you were somewhere nice, I'd look elsewhere.
