Make sure to double check the deposit and accidental fee of the Hotel. I’ve been expecting a deposit back for the longest for them to tell me that it was a per day thing after the guy that charged and checked us in told me that it was $200 flat guaranteeing a $155 deposit refund back. We were “supposed” to get $45 charged just once.

Thermostat in the room the air conditioning was so good. Major plus in the summer months we were very thankful. Kind staff, they gave the $150 hold amount back after we got home which we saw some people say that wasn’t the case for them. We were refunded. Great place will come again!

The first room I was in was very dirty. The friendly staff then moved me to a cleaner room, which was OK, but still not great. You’d have better luck staying at a not so great hilton

We stayed for seven nights. The hotel staff were lovely throughout. The room was cleaned each day. The room decor and facilities are dated and aren't super clean as a result. The room we had was small (which was as expected in Manhattan). The rooms are not remotely soundproofed, we could hear conversations from other rooms and throughout the floor, and all the traffic from outside, which didn't bother us too much but Im sure would bother others. The photos on the websites of the room did not match the room we got and certainly isn't a four star hotel. The location was good for us, which is important. Overall I'm not sure if it was worth the price we paid.
