The hotel is located close to many good restaurants and only a few blocks from Central Park. The room was large compared to many NYC rooms and surprisingly quiet. It was a great value for what we paid.

Booked room with 2 beds and was told at check in I didn’t despite clear proof. They made me deal with it through the 3rd party booker I used and still haven’t issued a refund. Stay away at all costs. The same thing happened to several others and seems like it might be purposeful

So many things were right with this hotel. Great location, friendly staff, comfy bed and pillows. Our king room was spacious by any standards but especially big for NYC. The ONLY negative would be the worn furnishings. In fact, if the replaced the fabric headboard on the bed (which was stained and scratched), we would have probably not even scrutinized the rest of the furnishings. All in all, excellent stay!

Rooms were clean but there were signs of some wear and tear. Quiet for NYC as we were not facing the street. There were moments of pungent marijuana odor my husband smelled. Front desk staff were courteous and friendly. We loved the location and will be back in the future. Great value for where we were in the city.
