The hotel is located close to many good restaurants and only a few blocks from Central Park. The room was large compared to many NYC rooms and surprisingly quiet. It was a great value for what we paid.

Booked room with 2 beds and was told at check in I didn’t despite clear proof. They made me deal with it through the 3rd party booker I used and still haven’t issued a refund. Stay away at all costs. The same thing happened to several others and seems like it might be purposeful

Exceptionally clean; a tremendous value for mid-Manhattan. Welcoming staff. Not a luxury hotel, but I didn't pay a luxury fee, either, to stay there. I will definitely use this hotel again.
