Spacious room, cleanliness and very quiet floor. The Hotel is ideally located.

I like that to get in the lobby and to get to each floor using the elevator, it requires an access key. Great security feature. Nice little snack area to purchase some goods. Staff was great.

Staff were pleasant and the hotel appeared clean and in good shape. However, the bed smelled like body odor, and there was no hot water.

Walking distance to Times Square. Rooms very clean.

I spent 5 days there and only came across 2 approachable, friendly staff members. The front desk staff needs customer service training, pronto. The woman who checked us in did not say hello or welcome. After giving her my cc and license, she told us our room would not be ready until 3pm. No problem. I asked about leaving our bags and we would come back, she pointed at the bellman. She pointed. She did not tell us to bring our bags over there. I waited for her to go over the reservation with me, have me sign, etc, and it was 6 minutes before she asked me if I needed anything else. I said "well, don't I need to sign something" and she barked "no, your room is not ready thats why I told you to give your bags to the bellman!" Wow. I said maybe you could have said "please come back at 3pm and we will have your keys ready for you, in the meantime the bellman can check your bags." She just stared at me. Then after we walked over to the bellman, she proceeded to talk about us to another front desk person. When we came back at 320pm, the room was still not ready. Thankfully she was not there but a very nice gentleman helped us. We were in and out of the hotel quite a bit in 5 days and the only time anyone greeted us was if it was a bellman or a male front desk worker. Overall the hotel is nice. clean, just need to work on the staff.

Everything about the hotel was excellent. Food service staff, housekeeping staff, and front desk staff were kind and helpful! The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of food, including fresh fruit. The hotel was clean and the location was great! Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel!!

This property is perfect. The rooms are clean and spacious. The employers are fantastic.

I loved that it was close to everything I wanted to see. Everything was within walking distance, I loved having Valet parking. I loved & enjoyed a great breakfast! The rooftop was an amazing place for night caps!! I didn’t like the fact they didn’t have room service.

The room was NYC size but very clean. The staff was great. The breakfast was very spacious with very good choices. Our favorite was the rooftop bar!

super convenient location, two minutes walkway to Penn Station, Subway station is right at the corner; clean room and nice breakfast.

It was a very comfortable and quiet room close to MSG and Penn Station.
