The hotel an staff were very nice an helpful an the room was pretty clean. Only thing I recommend is more towels in the rooms. We only had 3 towels total beside wash clothes an my girlfriend uses 2 when she showeres so i had dry off with wash clothes other than that it was an excellent hotel

Throughly enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Doubletree, Times Square. Hotel staff very courteous and helpful at all times. Our suite was very nice with great amenities. The location couldn’t have been better. So much within walking distance and the theater ticket sales location is just across the street. We definitely will be back.

Nice place, great tourist location. Nothing bad to say about the experience.

the location of this property is fantastic in the heart of time square.. rooms are a bit dated we stayed on the 3oth floor so it was quiet, no street noise. staff was attentive and always filled through. the restaurant has great food, and for the city the pieces were reasonable, service was 5 star. the business office on the 6th floor was functional all windows based pc's with one printer. so I phone users you can not print from your phone no air printing available have to have a windows account. I would stay there again however there are more amenities that are available which we did not use because we were in the city walking a lot !!

Disappointed with the size and layout of the room. Staff was inordinately helpful. Breakfast buffet was outrageously expensive. $34 for a small omelet, some fruit and a couple of slices of bacon. Not in my budget...

The hotel is in a great location that leaves an easy and enjoyable walk to many NYC attractions. We were amazed how quiet our room was. It was far and away the quietest hotel we have stayed in in Manhattan.

This hotel and the location was great for our first visit to NYC. As soon as you walk outside you are right in the middle of the action in Times Square. As long as that is your thing you will not be disappointed. The staff was accommodating and we had no issues during our stay. If and when we return to New York we will stay here again.

In the heart of times square, near several stations, stores. If you are looking for safety, value and security, there is no better place. They were kind enough o take my bags before the check in, so that I can go to the city, and retain them after checkout so that i can fetch the car.

Great location, however needs to update the paint and the wall paper in the hallways. Love the cookies they gave upon arrival. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was great and friendly. Families should have the ability to have a view of time square.

Had a good time while staying in hotel. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

LOVED THE VIEW FROM THE WINDOW DOWN ON TIMES SQUARE

Lovely large room, excellent location, excellent price, nice amenities. Roll out couch was incomfortable, but i guess that's typical. Otherwise fantastic stay!

So disappointed! We appreciate room service at hotels, because sometimes you just need it. Like after an full day in the city and you come back for a break at the hotel, your kid falls asleep and you need food before heading back out to a show. This hotel does NOT have room service - but website says it does. This was an inconvenience, but I headed down to the lounge (since it is the only dining past 2 p.m.). To expedite my food order, I went to the bar. Bartender said that per the "union" he could not let me order food "to go" at the bar. I saw (5 p.m. - busy time) only ONE waiter in the lounge and he was not accessible. I went to front desk and explained that I needed food for my family - she stared blankly at me and led me to the bartender who sternly repeated that he could not give me any food "to go". The waiter also chimed in and said he couldn't give me food either. Strange. Because what do people do if they eat in the lounge and don't finish their food? Forced to throw it away? Plus this bar sells fruit, bagels, etc. in the mornings "to go." Truly PATHETIC. Not one of the three staff wanted to help me, a hotel guest. I felt like I was in a third world country. After 20 minutes I talked to the manager on duty who said she would see what she could do with the bartender and waiter. I said please if it takes four people to decide if they can sell food to their own hotel guest - forget it! We would NEVER stay here again - there are too many other options!

We had excellent room service, best we ever had. Didn't have to wait. Very friendly and always had a smile!

Great experince Fist time we my Family of 5 which never beeen in New York

Wonderful position for city trip on time square. Great staff and super breakfast

Perfect location at Times Square. Front desk staff welcoming and helpful. Could make better use of the suite by placing another bed in the second room instead of a sleeper sofa. Have never slept on a sleeper sofa that was comfortable. Warm cookies at check-in a welcome treat!

Couldn't ask for a better location. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the city. We got there late because of delayed flights and they had overbooked king rooms. So we got bumped to a queen, but the room had a great view and they gave us breakfast vouchers. Room was very comfortable. There were some cosmetic issues and the first 2 days we were there the water out of the faucet was very cloudy. Overall a good hotel and would definitely stay there again

Great location! Clean and helpful staff! The rooms are great!

Location cannot be meet, hotel showing its age, but great value for suites in great location
