DoubleTree Suites by Hilton New York City - Times Square

When we got to the hotel at 9:00 am there was a room ready for us even though check in was not until 4:00 p.m. This was really nice after a long night of flying. The warm cookies were a fun element of our hotel stay and something we looked forward to getting every day. The staff was kind and willing to accommodate any need. The room was spacious and comfortable and the shower head was wonderful which is something hard to find in a hotel shower. Overall we were very happy with our stay at the DoubleTree Suites.

We had a great time at this Doubletree. Very close to all Broadway shows and Times Square. Super walkable. It was really nice to have a suite for our family to share. The staff was nice and helpful, and there were always warm cookies. We would definitely stay here again when visiting NYC!

Great Location in the center of time square. Next to a main subway line, so easy to get to all the attractions without having to spend an arm and a leg. Room had a separate living room off the bedroom, which was great when adults needed to have down time and the kids could relax in the living room. Staff was very helpful. Great value and would stay again!

Location, location, location! Really convenient to theater district. Great for kids.

Customer service is the worst i ever experience. I have a very bad experience with on of the receptions girls, she was yelling me on the phone. They are aggressive, disrespectful, i ever experience in New York. i will never stay on any Double Tree by Hilton never again.

Perfect place to stay if you are attending any broadway shows or want to be in times square. The suites are spacious and comfortable nice views and clean overall would stay here again.

Very nice close to Times Square and our theater saw waitress was very good. Lots of food options and bar was nice

The furniture in the room, couches, chairs cabinets all were or at least seemed like they were 30 years old, the lack off comfort reinforced those feelings. The beds were ok but pillows were typical bad hotel pillows. As you know parking in New York City is very expensive so when I was told to park at a specific garage to get a hotel discount I was happy to hear that. However when I went back to that specified parking garage they told me they didn't have an affiliation with the Doubletree Suites and charge me full price. All that being said the location couldn't have been better!

We had a fabulous stay. Great location and outstanding staff.

Location is within walking distance of Broadway shows and right on subway stations. This is the most perfect location if you came to New York to watch Broadway (we watched 3 musicals!). Also within walking distance to the Rockefeller and Central Park. We came first week of January and there was a blizzard with below zero temps! but we still managed to walk to most sites! The staff were also friendly and helpful. Kids enjoyed the welcome cookies and couldn't stop asking for more. The only downside was our room. One cabinet door was falling apart, the toilet doorknob was broken and would not close, the bathtub was full of molds, the furniture and drawers were never cleaned that they were full of dust. The sofa bed had an old mattress/foam that was deformed/lumpy. I was really expecting a much better room and wanted to switch but my husband insisted we stayed in the room we were given because the kids were so tired when we arrived.

Perfect location convenient to all the shows and restaurants that we had tickets/reservations. We had a suite room that was spacious for 4. The only drawback, was there was no safe in the room. To add an extra cot; there was a charge of $25.00. We did not need it and there would not have been room to use it with out it blocking the entrance. Staff that we encountered were not enthusiastic but pleasant enough. The cafe attendant did not go over and above; he simply was there to complete the transaction. The was a selection of food for breakfast and snack when you needed it. Very small gift shop, that I did not go in. Decorated very nice; and updated. Beds were comfortable and that is a big hit with me! I will NOTE that UBER had a hard time finding us at this hotel as it doesn't pin correctly and I had to ask the hotel concierge a better address. Not the hotel's fault, but be aware. They give you warm cookies upon arrival! This was a huge hit with my girls!

If you are looking for a hotel on Time Square, close to shopping, restaurants, broadway shows and the subway..... This is your hotel because it’s clean and the staff is fantastic!!!

Love the location! It’s so convenient to everything around Time Square. Most of the staff were very friendly. The cookies are awesome too!

The hotel staff we encountered were helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed (plenty of towels and supplies, blow dryer, fridge, iron, etc.). The common areas were clean and inviting. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet the hotel was - very little outside noise. It was easy to get to and from our room - the elevators were fast.

This hotel is ideally located on Times Square. While in the middle of it all, once inside the hotel, the noise and bustle of Times Square seems miles away. The staff is friendly, helpful, and eager to attend to guests.

Hotel provided access to numerous shows and attractions in the area.

The house keepers were awesome and they were intentional on keeping our room clean during our stay.

The hotel an staff were very nice an helpful an the room was pretty clean. Only thing I recommend is more towels in the rooms. We only had 3 towels total beside wash clothes an my girlfriend uses 2 when she showeres so i had dry off with wash clothes other than that it was an excellent hotel

Throughly enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Doubletree, Times Square. Hotel staff very courteous and helpful at all times. Our suite was very nice with great amenities. The location couldn’t have been better. So much within walking distance and the theater ticket sales location is just across the street. We definitely will be back.

Nice place, great tourist location. Nothing bad to say about the experience.
