Great location but poor service

We liked the location, but we had no washcloths and only 4 towels for 5 guests. Once we checked in, we never saw a member if the staff again. There was supposed to be a breakfast but we never did find it.

Great central location easy walking distance to theaters, tons of restaurants, etc. Feels like a safe neighborhood, as long as you're used to urban environments. Small space, but given the location in NYC, great value for the price. One quibble, if there was a third, twin bed, we didn't see it, unless the small couch folded out. But I was there with my two kids and we were planning on sharing the two double beds anyway, so it wasn't an issue for us.

Nice 2 bed in an awesome location!

Had seen some mixed reviews (after I’d booked) but everything was great and went smoothly. Old reviews may have been under prior ownership. Room we stayed in was exactly what was pictured in the listing. It’s an older building and not huge (it’s midtown manhattan after all). For the price I paid I had no complaints

Location is Perfect!

Loved this place. Loved the downstairs lounge/library area. Jane Doe bar had great vibes - my husband spent time there. The location was everything - walking distance to Fifth Ave and Times Square. Property manager was very accommodating. Cozy is an accurate description. It was tight for our family of 5 - 2 adults and 3 teens, but we were good. Make sure to pack your wash cloths and toiletries. No complaints.
