The room pictures were not Correct. You could barley move in the room, it was so small. We tried to address with the front desk and they said call marketing and wanted to charge us an extra $100 to get the room we signed up for. Very frustrating. William Murphy

No hot water and two of the nights. The gentleman that checked me in on the first night was amazing! The staff after that was rude not only to me but everyone around me. I understand it was a busy weekend and people can be trying but they shouldn’t be in that position if they’re going to be consistently ruse.
Beautiful clean and spacious suite for a New York City hotel. The service was quick and attentive. We stayed for 4 nights with a toddler and had enough space to close off the bedroom for his nap and early bed time. We used the gym and it was clean and well appointed with numerous weight machines, treadmills, and other exercise equipment. We hope to stay here again on subsequent trips.
Overall the Hotel was excellent , spacious accommodations and elegant furnishings made for a fantastic weekend. I would have enjoyed breakfast in my pajamas however room services was unreasonably expensive. That would be my only complaint with this hotel.
The hotel is under renovations and at present there is no lobby to speak of. Our room was so small that we couldn’t be in the same space at the same time. The restaurant was closed and the room service menu was extremely curtailed. I would never stay there again.
The room type i paid for and booked was not available, and they will not offer any form of refund. Just a food and beverage credit.
The room was very dated. Definitely not worth what I paid.
