Cute, boutique hotel close to midtown offices, Times Square and the Theater District. Great coffee and light breakfast. My room was small and modern with plenty of space for one person. Super clean and GREAT STAFF!

The front desk staff were especially helpful and pleasant. The location and price were fantastic.

We had a lot of problems with the initial room we had - the window would not shut all the way, and it's January - but after they re-assigned us to a new room, things were better. The rooms are small but are comfortable, especially the beds.

Inconvenient. Hotel is disorganized and staff inhospitable. Only one operational elevator in a hotel with over 20 floors resulting in over 15 minute waits, which we were bound to since traveling companion had a broken leg. Lobby and hallways are fire hazards when full of guests waiting for the elevator or maids trolleys. Upon arrival, we waited over 50 minutes for our bags to be taken to luggage storage, after asking again and being put off by the bellhop we decided to carry our bags through the city. TV did not work in our room. Our maid although very nice, spoke no English. The room itself was nice for NY, bedding comfortable, bathroom clean.

The hotel was phenomenal. It was in a great location and the staff was super nice.

Starting from front desk attention and caring, to the room it was given us. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was simple but sufficient to us all.

Great location friendly staff would stay here again

Great experience but thin walls and loud guests were a bit disruptive.

Nice location. Nice breakfast , but no hot chocolate elevators were always convenient and quick. The Macintosh computers for difficult to use getting boarding passes. However, the front desk was very accommodating. There was a very lovely young lady who took care of our boarding passes right away.

The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are very comfortable.

This hotel is very modern on the inside, however the rooms themselves are very small. It is to the point where if you have 4 people it is very difficult for you to all be comfortable! That being said, for the price? It’s worth the stay! It’s not miserable by any means, it’s just really really tight.

Had no idea until a few days before, that the hotel is undergoing major renovations. Would never have chosen this hotel if we had known. A construction site, drilling, banging etc. On our second day we got a notice that there would be NO lobby...exit through a side door down a narrow cement staircase through construction. Breakfast is a bag with cereal, muffin and a spotted banana. First afternoon, our thermostat fell off the wall. Second day, blow dryer holder fell out of the wall. As others have commented, the carpet is VERY stained. To the point of...OMG, what is that??On the plus side, bed was very comfortable and bathroom was clean and spacious. We got a handicapped room for some reason. Convenient to where we wanted to go. Headed back to NY in November....choosing somewhere else.

If you aren't looking for something fancy, this is the place. There was no refrigerator in our double bed room and the carpet was dirty. I felt like I needed to walk around the carpet with my shoes and I don't do that in my own home. Continental breakfast was not in a sit down area but a room on the M floor where they had bags with a fruit, cereal, muffin, and a choice of getting some yogurt and/or juice in the refrigerator. I guess you get what you pay for. The toilets here are not that great. So beware, your toilet may get clogged. I had to call the front desk but no one came after 15 minutes so I had to go downstairs and they called someone again to meet me at my room. Despite the lack of amenities and concerns of cleanliness, it did what it needed to do. Provide a bed for me to sleep in and close to Times Square. If you want more, don't stay here. It may not be worth your $$. Staff was friendly so that was a plus!

Very good stay, clean, great location, affordable price

It was very basic, the place looks like it could use a handyman that cares. The staff wasn't all that friendly, though they did do their jobs. The room was small and well used. It needs a serious top to bottom cleaning. Rust coming out of vents and door jams in the bathroom. The sheets had spots on them, thought through serious inspection they had been laundered. There was visible wear and dents on all the furniture. The lampshades were torn. The radio didn't have labeling anymore and was left on in my room at a very low volume. The bed was very hard.

The hotel staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Location is walking distance, about a 10 min walk from time square as well as walking distance from train station. Rooms are very small and the carpet is kind of dirty/spotty. Breakfast is oatmeal, muffins, yogurt--helpful for budgets or rushing. We were comfortable and slept well. Clean restroom inside of room, however the toilet kept randomly making noises. Overall if you are on a budget but are looking for a comfortable and clean hotel near time square to shower and rest, this is your spot!

centrally located for what we needed. simple, basic hotel at the right price.
