Not clean the rooms daily even in our four days stayed. One of the beds in the first room had a blood mark. We reported and they changed us to a different room. Great location, small rooms, no breakfast.

Near the time square and many places

One of the guest had a party after midnight and turned up music volume very high. Despite my calls to front desk office, and asking them to send someone up and shut them down, they made no effort and let us get annoyed by it until 2am. At some point I had to knock neighbors room myself and ask them to do this myself. Hotel manager didn't respond my calls and all I heard from them was a simple apology.

Hot water did not work. There was no urgency to fix it, and their plan was 9 AM the next day. They seemed to make it seem that I should be fine to tolerate it, which is not the point. This is a nice hotel, it’s reasonable to expect hot water, and if something breaks that is critical, that someone be called in immediately to fix it.

Cute, boutique hotel close to midtown offices, Times Square and the Theater District. Great coffee and light breakfast. My room was small and modern with plenty of space for one person. Super clean and GREAT STAFF!

The front desk staff were especially helpful and pleasant. The location and price were fantastic.

We had a lot of problems with the initial room we had - the window would not shut all the way, and it's January - but after they re-assigned us to a new room, things were better. The rooms are small but are comfortable, especially the beds.

Inconvenient. Hotel is disorganized and staff inhospitable. Only one operational elevator in a hotel with over 20 floors resulting in over 15 minute waits, which we were bound to since traveling companion had a broken leg. Lobby and hallways are fire hazards when full of guests waiting for the elevator or maids trolleys. Upon arrival, we waited over 50 minutes for our bags to be taken to luggage storage, after asking again and being put off by the bellhop we decided to carry our bags through the city. TV did not work in our room. Our maid although very nice, spoke no English. The room itself was nice for NY, bedding comfortable, bathroom clean.

The hotel was phenomenal. It was in a great location and the staff was super nice.

Starting from front desk attention and caring, to the room it was given us. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was simple but sufficient to us all.

Great location friendly staff would stay here again

Great experience but thin walls and loud guests were a bit disruptive.

Nice location. Nice breakfast , but no hot chocolate elevators were always convenient and quick. The Macintosh computers for difficult to use getting boarding passes. However, the front desk was very accommodating. There was a very lovely young lady who took care of our boarding passes right away.

The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are very comfortable.

This hotel is very modern on the inside, however the rooms themselves are very small. It is to the point where if you have 4 people it is very difficult for you to all be comfortable! That being said, for the price? It’s worth the stay! It’s not miserable by any means, it’s just really really tight.

Had no idea until a few days before, that the hotel is undergoing major renovations. Would never have chosen this hotel if we had known. A construction site, drilling, banging etc. On our second day we got a notice that there would be NO lobby...exit through a side door down a narrow cement staircase through construction. Breakfast is a bag with cereal, muffin and a spotted banana. First afternoon, our thermostat fell off the wall. Second day, blow dryer holder fell out of the wall. As others have commented, the carpet is VERY stained. To the point of...OMG, what is that??On the plus side, bed was very comfortable and bathroom was clean and spacious. We got a handicapped room for some reason. Convenient to where we wanted to go. Headed back to NY in November....choosing somewhere else.
