When you arrive to the hotel you will make a left into the garage where valet will assist you with your luggage. $50 (per car) each room will be charged a travel fee of (under)$30 They will ask you to attend a (timeshare) at a location down the street to receive your deposit ($40) they will tell you you cannot receive your deposit back if you don't attend. Smoke area inside of the garage across from the entrance of the hotel. Example I made the reservation for my son and I. I put one room in my name one room in his name (expedite)when we arrived to the hotel in one vehicle I was charged for my room (deposit)and ask to go to see the lady/male about the timeshare time (ok whatever) it's when you get home and see how much they charge you so they tried to charge both rooms for valet and charge my son for internet which he did not use/sign up for. Overall the staff and everyone that work there is nice, kind respectful. They will take good care of you down to the ballet in the man that open up"
