We frequently travel. This was the first time we had flown on this airline. I can tell you now, it won’t be the last! By far this was the friendliest most accommodating airline we have experienced. Spirit is now our favorite airline.

This flight time rocks!

Jul 1, 2018

more effort should be placed in ensuring that customers know that the cheap tickets come with mandatory extra fees. I was shocked at having to select and pay for things I would have assumed were part of the ticket price. Also, add that as one of the questions: How satisfied were you that you had to pay double the price of the ticket just to get on the plane? :( .

Mar 8, 2018

Pilot gave facts about the plane and flight, which was different and entertaining
