The pool are was full of plants and there was no where to sit. There was no breakfast because of covid (understandable) but they only filled the coffee thing 1 time so you only got a small cup of coffee. I can’t say when the last time they actually cleaned our room as there where handprints on the mirrors, a random aux cord left from someone else and a bar of soap still in the showering for who knows how long. Overall it wasn’t the worst hotel I have stayed in.

Not worth the price for Airventure. Would have rather stayed in the dorms at Rippon

Stayed 2 nights. No maid service because we left “personal items” on one of the beds (a pillow). So the room was not cleaned. Beds were comfortable but I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you have to. They need to try harder.

Check in was good. Once we were given a room it had the odor of mold, TV and phone did not work, bugs behind bathroom door, railing not attached to wall on balcony, and live roaches. All the sheets are stained. The pools gates latches do not work. Brought issues to the attention of the staff to find out they do not care. Nothing states that they are under construction.

had a pleasant stay. Met our needs. Spent four days and had no disturbances. It was very close to everything we had planned.

The welcome was amazing they cleaning people were so polite and attentive plus provided us with a Great cleaning services with a great smile I will definitely recommend it and I will definitely will stay there again it's my boyfriend's town so I'll visit soon again .... one and last thing the location it's very good and convenient Linda

We booked this room through Orbitz because we trust Orbitz to be reliable regarding the ratings of Hotels. This was not at all what we thought we were getting. When we arrived there was a printed sheet of paper stating that we could not have anyone come and swim with us. As grandparents visiting grandchildren we had promised swimming as one of the highlights of our visit. Never have we been to a Days Inn ( or any hotel) that has this ridiculous rule. We told the gentlemen checking us in this was a problem, that we had not been told this and had never had this issue at a Days Inn. He stated it was a franchise Days Inn and an insurance issue. We had no choice but to stay as all other local places were full. On no websites, the Days Inn and Orbitz, were there warnings or notifications about this rule. In addition the water faucet in our sink suddenly had no water - They were able to fix that while we were out visiting. When we came back later we found the heat lamp on the bathroom had been turned on and the timer apparently was not working , it was extremely hot and had been on a whole day. When we checked out they did not even ask how our stay was, the only response was "Your good" When a hotel makes this kind of a rule there needs to be notification PRIOR to a reservation and most certainly a nonrefundable reservation. We will not stay at another Days Inn it is too risky and it is questionable that we will use Orbitz for any of our travel plans.

Expectation of staying at a hotel with a pool is to use it not view it because the water is too cold to swim :(

Hotel was clean and quiet, front desk staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel is nothing fancy but met our needs for a quick, overnight stay. The breakfast buffet is simple, not a huge selection, but again, met our needs. We stayed on a Sunday night and we were completely satisfied so booked again when we needed to stay in the city a week later.

hotel check-in was in afternoon and the gentleman was very inventive to the fact i dint have dinner yet made several suggestion that worked for me

They changed policy since my last visit which was upsetting but staff didn't care.

They have a indoor swimming pool but it was iced cold we couldn't swim in it. The staff was avrage and not that helpful. I told them about the pool but the theometer read one thing like it was warm but it wasn't it was so cold. The lady who owns the place was not very friendly.

The staff weren't really freindly, me and my wife wanted to use the swimming pool but it was iced cool. I don't really recomended to any one!

The staff were not really freindly, me and my wife wanted to swim but the pool was iced cold, the breakfast was the only thing good!

Went to Packers game and it was 1/2 hour away. Staff was friendly and informative. Met basic needs. Nothing special but a clean, decent place to stay at a good value.

Our Hotel Room was horrible. There were huge stains on the carpet. One of which was bright red. I wore my shoes the whole time I was there. The mirror above the sink had graffiti on it from a previous guest and it looks like they had a party in there. There was a cockroach in the light fixture. The chairs had stains on them. The breakfast was ok... The key packet we got had been used a lot.. we could of at least gotten a new one they cost pennies.... The paper that was under the soap and bar soap clearly hadn't been changed in awhile either. We would never recommend this hotel to any one and we will never stay there again... Disgusting

My daughter and I just needed a place to stay overnite. Nice pool area with spa and pool. Breakfast was just right for our needs. Nice people

The hotel was horrific. After I checked in I went for a drive to clear my head. Returned within the hour and checked out. Extremely costly mistake of monies I don't have, made my funeral/visitation much more traumatic.

The hotel was clean and everything seemed operational. Slight odor in room-like trying to cover up another odor. (but was not smoke smell). I now travel with room freshener. Quiet sleep-ahhh just what I needed. Actually was there Jan 2013 but response did not include 2013 year.

Dear Charlene, We do sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but at the time we were planning to close the pool and hot tub, as per standard procedure, all the websites selling rooms for us had that information posted online. We do appreciate your staying with us. GM R Patel
