Breakfast was good and the maids were very friendly and straightened the room up everyday. The issues I had was they had roaches and I saw them on 3 different occasions. The last night we were there the electric was out most of the night. It seems like the facility needs a lot of work to make it clean and working. We also had no water for 5 hours one day and the last night we had no hot water.

We had a great stay.Rooms were comfortable and it was a quiet stay. We would definitely book again.

I stayed on the 10th floor and the view was awesome. The place was pretty quiet also.

Great location and very friendly staff. didn’t have to walk far to catch the trolley.

The view however it’s on a busy street so a little loud at night but overall it’s an ok place to stop by for a night or two.

Staff was nice but property is old and needs to be updated. The chair in our room was stained, carpet was filthy, tables were not thoroughly clean and definitely would never stay here again. Breakfast was decent- eggs, potatoes, bacon/sausage, bread, yogurt and fruit.

Noisy. Freeway just outside. Hudge opening under the door and lack of double windows makes nose and wether easily come in. Because of this the laudest indoor air conditioner I ever herd works non stop.

The property was basic and old, it needs upgrading.

Missing furniture(no table, chairs)refrigerator did not working, missing remote control for tv,water pressure in the shower very low, loud noise coming from kitchen vents until 11PM ,green water in the jacuzzi.

The hotel is centrally located and staff was friendly and responsive. The hotel is in need of an upgrade. Elevators were old and scratched up. Common areas in guest areas were not well kept. The water plug area in the tub in bathroom was rotted and unsightly.

The positive aspect of this booking was that the Ramada was located in downtown National City, and near the freeway exit. Also, there was a good number of restaurants in the area. We found an excellent Mexican restaurant half a block away, and an ice cream shop that makes old fashion ice cream. The woman at the Ramada check-in counter, who I believe was a supervisor/manager, was stand-offish, and after initial contact, ignored us, and let other staff handle our check-in. I believe she designated the room we were to be staying when we arrived at 12:15 p.m., because she asked for our name, and looked on the computer for our reservation. Then she told us we couldn't check-in until 2:00, at the earliest. When we returned a little before 2, we saw that other guests had already been registered. Then we arrived at room 402, and found that it was a room equipped for disabled adults, and the night stand had smears and smudges from the previous tenants. Neither my husband, nor I, wished to go back down to wait for another room to move our luggage to, so I got a soapy washcloth to clean the nightstand and other table tops. I also had allergic reactions when I opened the thick curtains to the window. I think Ramada could do a lot better!

Ok stayed here two night and two rooms for my son's . The room was great, very soft beds. Shower towels little itchy/stiff. Pool/Spa was great. Breakfast had lots of options and I'll list them for you. Toast/Bagels/English Muffins With jelly and cream cheese cups Make a pancake machine Mixed cubed fruit bowl (pineapple, watermelon and canalope) Three kinda of cereal and instant oatmeal. Three kinda of hot food. Scrambled eggs, cubed fried potatoes and meat. First day was sausage and second was crispy bacon. To drink was milk, coffee, ice water. Day one was gauva and apple juice the next day.
