It is an older place, as you can tell when you say there. For the rate, it was fair. The front desk was friendly enough, but follow-through on requests was limited. I didn't get the extra towels (requested twice). I didn't get the handset on my phone replaced (it didn't work). The air conditioner condensation pipe dripped right into the sink while i was washing up (the was weird). Parking was easy, though. And it's easy to find right off the freeway.

Booked this hotel because advertised close to San Diago Zoo. This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Start with check in time was 3 pm. Arrived early and was told room not ready till 3. Returned at 3 and was told room not ready and could not give me a time when it would be available. We had reserved an upgraded room, but that room was not available and was given a standard room. (no reduction in cost). Once in room very dirty Bed sheets visibly dirty NO BED SPREAD 1 sheet only. Bathroom filthy light bulb burned out. Went to front desk to get a blub and was told why you need light in the bathroom. One towel that again was dirty. Believe it or not zero toilet paper. Refrigerator had rust and dried food in it. The curtain over the window had something dripping down where someone had thrown food at it. ONLY RESON I BOOKED THIS HOTEL BECAUSE OF THE WYNDHAM NAME. I have pictures if anyone is interested. Please Expedia take this off your recommendation Wyndham should be ashamed to put their name on this hotel.

We was greeted awesomely BUT the room we got had no towels, toilet tissue, bed sheets was dirty, bathroom smelled mildew, ac was very noisy and the ac would not get colder then 75 degrees. we would not recommend to stay here. there was no breakfast or restaurant in there - the information was incorrect,. we are trying to get our money back for that one night stay.
