The hotel is a bit worn down, but the customer service makes up for it. The food was great and the staff friendly and helpful. Access to the beach awesome. Hotel is right on the beach. The resort is smaller and therefore you really get to meet a lot of people and develop relationships. Disadvantages: ocean view room - questionable. No fridge in room. No coffee maker in room. No balcony to enjoy the view or chill in the morning.

My trip was great. The hotel staff was amazing. Get a cabana on the beach...it’s the only way to go!

-A/C did not work for two days for the entire complex, AND we were never informed during our check in processes. When discussing this matter with the front desk, they finally admitted that it had been out since Saturday October 7th. However, we met SEVERAL people that said they had been without A/C since Thursday, October 5th. So what is the truth here, I am leaning on the side of the guests. -The rooms where so hot for those days it was unbearable, we were forced to sleep with our doors open at night trying to get a cross breeze (and those were the lucky ones, SEVERAL persons in our group didn’t even have a breeze at all in their rooms, and were forced to take showers through the night to try and get some sort of reprieve from the stifling heat.) -The room was supposed to be stock with water. The girl showed up the day we checked in and that was it. We had to purchase our own bottled water the entire stay. -The staff was completely unfriendly towards us, Acting as it was a chore to serve us. -ALL bar areas were disgusting and the dirty tap smell was repulsive. But the staff behind the pool bar were completely the worst. This of course being we were there for most of the days, they were continually rude and miserable throughout. -The all-inclusive “resort “ ran out of beer 3 times during our stay, one time at 5 pm!! -This is not a 24/7 resort. The website is very deceiving. It neglects to say only one restaurant is open per night, and they fill up fast,

Great staff, horrible same food daily, outdated resort. Not even pen and paper in rooms. Cheap liquor, little selection. Great beach but you get what you pay for. I'd be hesitant to return.

If you choose this hotel for the beach be aware that 80 percent of the beach are taken by paid cabanas ($50 per day). Limited shaded space for guests. Food in buffets very average, juices undrinkable, sort of flavored acid, bread always stale. Food in restaurants for dinner decent. There is no fridge or coffee in rooms, no water provided also, of you want bottled water it is $2.5 or $5 per bottle depending on size. Certainly not good value for the money we paid.

Got here on a Sunday for a 5 day stay. Check in was fine. Employees all very friendly and accommodating. This good attitude carried through the entertainment and bartending staff. No complaints. Food was marginal at best. Buffet was pretty typical with many repeat items over 5 days. The menus at the restaurants were very limited...4-5 entrees, 2 appetizers, and 2 desserts. Small portions, but reasonable. When you ask for something, be prepared to ask twice more. Nothing happens fast, and the staff seems to get sidetracked easily. Glasses are tiny, and don't expect immediate refills on drinks. Also, they hate spoons here for some reason. None of the place settings had them. No way to stir coffee, iced tea, etc. Entertainment was fine. Pool was a bit dirty, even though this was "low season". Beach front was great. Activities were fine. I'm writing this review waiting for hurricane Irma to pass. Couldn't get out yesterday as planned, since the airport closed. We go to ask what the plan is, and they were going to charge us at the same rate we paid for our package. Fair enough, but their plan was to move us to the Ballroom, where we were all going to sleep inches from each other on mattresses placed on the floor. Same price. No alcohol. One guest packed up and was getting ready to leave, and they let him. He changed his mind, but wow. Not how you handle that. Many people were unhappy with it, and they didn't relent. Can't wait to get out and not come back.

Very nice people here when you arrive. The bar tenders will ignore you at the pool side, but they make sure they serve the locals very well, also they let cruse liners have day passes as well as the locals on Friday. don't leave your lounge unattended or your stuff will be pushed aside and taken over by the day passers. The hotel was an old 80 yr old Mansion and 20 yrs ago they put 2 wing on each side leading out to the water and have not done any updates to it as of now, it's very dated!!!!!! don't waist your money here just because it says all inclusive you can go next door to Bah Ha Mar for the same price and you get top shelf alcohol FREE while you gamble, food is a little high but you have 9 pools to choose from. COMPARE THIS BEFORE YOU COMMIT TO THE BREEZE.

The hotel is very dated. For an all inclusive the options seemed limited. we had to wait to get food before leaving for the airport. wr should be able to get food around the clock. not here. I had a few staff members that were not pleasant at all while others were extremely friendly and helpful.

A pretty good resort hotel with a nice beach. Entertainment each night was very good, if a bit loud. Staff very friendly and attentive to guests' needs. When we arrived there was a problem with the shower but it was fixed within minutes. There are four pool tables and two ping pong tables. Food was plentiful and tasty, with a lot of variety. Breakfast omelettes cooked right before you. Drinks on demand. Lounge seating very comfortable. You have to wear a wrist band which was not a problem. Location isolated, but plenty of taxis and city bus a block away to downtown. About 20 min taxi ride to Paradise Island, a lot longer if you want to take a ferry.

Nice staff. Shout out to Sharon and Michael, for the hospitality.

All-inclusive resort with free food and alcohol.Food is good. Alcohol not so much.

We have stayed here multiple times and each visit is great. The people are all really nice and the food is excellent. The one thing we would suggest is that the rooms could use some updating, the beds are really hard, the pillows are paper thin and there isn't much ventilation. The room felt damp all the time. The bar tenders are great and the drinks and food were plentiful. Overall a great stay as usual.

It was amazing having the ocean view room! Woke up every morning to the sound of the waves. Every staff member was super nice as well. Had such a great experience there and would love to go back again!

Went to Breezes on a girls/birthday trip. Awesome location right near the bus stops. It is a little further to the clubs and bars but it was very safe. The extra activities were amazing (wind surfing, kayaking, trapezing.) The staff is INCREDIBLE from check in to housekeeping. They were friendly and genuine. The alcohol is mediocre and bar hours are limited. Only downfall was the food served. There is a buffet and multiple restaurants, but food is very bland.

I am a first time mother who is breastfeeding my child. I was given the opportunity to go away for four days to relax. However, due to breastfeeding I would still need to pump my milk and store it ( in a freezer) until I returned home. The hotel room did not have a refrigerator for me to store my expressed milk so I had to rent one for a charge of $11 a day. I was fine with that. However, the freezer was about 4 inches wide by about 8 inches deep.After two days there was no room for anymore milk packages and some of the ones in there were not frozen because it did not work well. I went to the front desk and asked them if they had another freezer I could use maybe one in the kitchen I was told no. I asked if they could give me another refrigerator for the remainder of the trip at no cost since I was already paying for one, they said no. The front end manager was very rude and did not help me figure out a solution. She responded it wasn't her problem. As a result, I had to ask the nurse to store some of the milk for me, but once again it was the same size freezer. The nurse was very willing and understanding. I am disgusted at the lack of accommodations for a nursing mother who does not have her child with her. Due to this insensitivity I will not be returning to this resort and would encourage other nursing mothers to avoid is at all costs.

Just ok. Not blown away. Unorganized at times. Transportation to the airport was a little uneasy.

Beach was nice. Food was average...they have an itialian and Japanese restaurant...why go to the Bahamas for this? Staff was hit or miss. Some very nice and some seemed annoyed. Seems like a great spot for college spring break though. Maybe I'm getting older but I had higher hopes for this.

The hotel is a bit worn down, but the customer service makes up for it. The food was great and the staff friendly and helpful. Access to the beach awesome. Hotel is right on the beach.
