Dine together at the adjacent table for four, or enjoy meals out on the furnished, screened-in balcony. This vacation rental also includes a comfortable living area with a sofabed and a flatscreen TV and there is also a desk and chair in the main bedroom, perfect for those Zoom calls. On-site, guests will have their pick of resort amenities including a shared pool, sports courts, a picnic area, gas grills, and a fitness room.

Centrally-located, this condo puts you close to several excellent restaurants and shops. Find public beaches just a little over a mile west of your rental, and only a mile away, explore 35 acres of coastal habitat and preserves with a three-quarter-mile boardwalk and beach access at Clam Pass Beach.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
