Rooms were a bit dated, elevator was slow rooms were a little tight for 3 people, booked 2 harbor view rooms and the gave one of our away so we settled for city view and was supposed to get a credit and never received it. It was convenient to shopping and dining.

The front desk guy was so kind, excellent attention. The bar closed early without reason,the bartenders were not very polite and the service was OK. Coffee wasn’t good either. The bed and pillows were good. The area has close for restaurants and little bar with Affordable price for drinks. The view was fantastic.

With the exception of one member of the night crew, who was neither friendly nor respectful, the rest of the staff, housekeeping, and everyone in general treated us with kindness and respect and resolved any problems that may arise, always keeping customer satisfaction in mind. The cleanliness and atmosphere were excellent.thank you Robert and Grace for take care of us like a family.

The rooms are great. A lot have been updated. The bar/breakfast area has a great view. Food is very good and affordable. The pool is nice. The location is good and near lot of restaurants and right on the waterway. The service is ok. They will help you but they aren’t going to go out of their way. The gym is not clean and needs a lot of work. Some of the amenities listed online were not offered (robes, bikes, drink coupon) I didn’t mind not having them but people on vacation may.
