Bayfront Inn Fifth Avenue

We have two kids and requested a crib before getting to the hotel, the crib wasn't in the room. The room didn't have fridge or remote control, and after requested the remote control didn't have batteries. This are small things that make uncomfortable your stay anywhere.

Room was clean, comfortable and good size. Check-in/out smooth. Housekeeping very responsive to requests for add'l towels and coffee pods for keurig. On-site bar on covered outdoor patio on Bay was nice for an afternoon cocktail. Great location -- walkable to Tin City shops and restaurants and also 5th Ave downtown shops and restaurants. Excellent value!

This was our first stay at Bayfront Inn Fifth Avenue. We planned this trip to Naples for the long Memorial Day weekend, and chose Bayfront due to it's convenient proximity to Tin City and downtown Old Naples. Although the weather left a lot to be desired (first tropical storm of the year,) Bayfront Inn made for a fabulous getaway! The location is fantastic, directly across the street from Tin City (and you literally don't even have to cross the street as there is a pedestrian underpass that gets you safely there!) It is located less than a minute drive from downtown Old Naples, and a very convenient driving distance to everything Naples has to offer. Our room had a lovely view of the bay. It wasn't huge but spacious enough for our purposes. The beds were so comfy! Everything was kept clean and the staff were all so helpful and friendly. Bambu restaurant/bar on premises was such a bonus! The hop-on, hop-off trolley stops right there, too. Overall we had such a great time that the same evening we got back home I started looking into dates for a future stay when the weather will hopefully be nicer...really want to try the kayaking they offer right on site!

We stayed for just one night. The hotel staff was very nice and they were very quick for check-in. The inside of the lobby and restaurant were very nicely decorated. I was a little disappointed with the room itself. It was dusty on the wood surfaces and the carpet is older and needs to be updated. The A/C unit is older and it was difficult to get a comfortable temperature in the room during the night. The bathroom was updated and nice. I don’t have major complaints but the hotel is older and a little revamp in the rooms would be nice. I feel for the price it was just okay. I feel I could have found a cleaner room for a lower price. But all in all I would stay again if the price was right.

We liked being on the bay and having the view of the boats coming in and out. The hotel was conveniently located off 5th Avenue, which is the main street through Naples; about a 10 minute walk (depending on lights) to the busy restaurant - bar area. We enjoyed being able to walk to this part of Naples without the hassle of parking a car, which would have been very difficult. The room was comfortable; the bathroom a bit small for two, but it worked. Our biggest negative is that the beds are way too soft for us. We prefer much firmer mattresses. The fitness room is small, but, it met our needs for the quick workout. For longer ones, we drove to a gym a few miles away.

It was fine sunrise grill was very good close and great views

Excellent location across from Tin City....nice views of the Gordon River. Close to nearby restaurants; walk to Fifth Ave in Naples.

Toilet in the Room 🚽 was not flushing. After that, everything was perfectly Ok 👌

This place has a great location right on the Bay, with an outdoor bar and entertainment area. But, it is an older property, so the lobby is tiny and unimpressive, although the staff was friendly. I had a "luxury king" room with a view, but the room and bath were rather small and dated. The bed was comfortable, although the linens looked a little worn. Good pillows. For just a couple of days it is a good base to enjoy Old Naples. Try the Water Taxi that comes to their dock to explore the area. Free parking is good.

Convenient to downtown, walking distance to shops and restaurants on 5th and Tin City. Easy drive to beach, zoo and main roads. Hotel was mediocre. Room was dated and small with old carpet and decor, single ac unit but bath was upgraded. Could have used a microwave oven though. We had a bay view which made stay a bit nicer. We were there during winter break so prices were a lot more expensive than normal.

I stayed here for five nights with my d17 year old aughter. Great hotel. Rooms are a bit small, but totally fine and there is no refrigerator ( or at least there wasn't in our room ) but that is the only downside. Excellent location about a mile from the beach and a half mile to downtown Naples. Downtown Naples is totally walkable and they have a shuttle to take you to the beach or to downtown as well. Towels, beach chairs and umbrellas were provided by the hotel. The concierge is great at making recommendations and reservations for dinner, and is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area. and is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area. It is a very very pretty hotel. And it their outdoor restaurant overlooks the bay. Great for cocktails. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there

Kind of run down. Pool was dirty. Glasses by the pool were never picked up.

We spent 2 nights here and were very pleased. It was nice to be able to walk to town and the beach. Very convenient and affordable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends .

Hotel is conveniently located to shops and the beach. Great place to stay.

This is a lovely hotel, conveniently located, and our room had a gorgeous view overlooking the Gordon River. The room, although a bit small, was very comfortable and seemed to have been recently upgraded: plush mattresses and up-to-date bathroom. We didn't opt for the additional fee breakfast. There was a Keurig in our room but it would have been nice had there been coffee available in the lobby. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The only glitch was that our electronic key seemed to work only initially and when we tried to get into our room after being out, it didn't work and we had to go back to the front desk to get a replacement. This happened more than once.

The hotel was downtown and was decent. One elevator was out service. Then our toilet overflowed twice

Have stayed here several times and recommend it.

Great hotel and even better location. Breakfast buffet was average, but a beautiful view from the restaurant / bar area.

Very nice hotel. Nice staff. Small bathroom and dated decor. Overall, great for the price and location.

We stayed 5 nights at Bayfront and enjoyed it very much. Enjoyed continental breakfast each morning watching sunrise over the Bay. Easy water shuttle to various waterfront restaurants located right on site. Nice walk to downtown shopping and dining. You can also walk to beautiful Gulf Coast beach.
