Enjoy this gorgeous pool home in the beautiful, gated community of Briarwood in Naples. A Stunning 4BR/3B house ideal for families, couples, and friends. Everything has been provided for a luxury vacation experience. You will have access to the community pools, and tennis courts, and be a short drive from downtown Naples, stunning beaches, restaurants, shops, golf courses & many other attractions. Located near several golf courses and 10 minutes from the beach.
The space
Home provides an outdoor space for entertaining with grill and furniture. Relax in the hot tub as you watch the sunset. Watch the sunset as you enjoy the pool and heated hot tub. Great for entertaining and large enough to host the whole family.
We may consider hosting a furry member of your family (up to 2 dogs only). PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST. We do have restrictions (under 35lbs) and would like to know a little about your dog before approving it. There will be a non-refundable pet fee of $199 (conditional upon approval)
$500 Fine if you bring an animal and don't pay the pet fee.
