This gorgeous home features 2 king beds, 2 bathrooms and a study with a pull-out queen sofa bed. Other features include a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, 2 car garage and spacious lanai for outdoor relaxing and entertaining.
A Social Membership is available for an additional fee. Social Members enjoy access to fitness center, pool, and court sports – bocce, tennis and pickleball. Social Members also have access to Brighton Pointe, an outdoor bar and restaurant. All of these amenities are just a short walk from the condo. Note: The Clubhouse is being renovated and will not be available until the summer of 2025. The fitness center, court sports and Brighton Point are all open. The newly renovated pool will be open in December 2024.
Downtown Naples and Fifth Ave., with an abundance of restaurant options and shopping, are just a short ride away. The beautiful beaches of the Gulf Coast are only 4 miles away.
