Hampton Inn Naples Central

The toilet tank wad noisy, the water keep running.

The staff was extremely helpful when ever asked for the slightest thing. They really saw to our comforts

North of downtown (5th Ave.) and South of Vanderbilt Beach and Naples Grand Resort. Lot's of restaurants close by (try Mel's Diner). Great free breakfast.

These hotel employees are awesome.. They all meet and exceed all expectations..everyone from the from desk to the house keepers. I stay in hotels like a house. It's my home whole I'm there and t by is place was so nice and the breakfast was awesome and they served cookies at 5:00. Yum.

It was too cool for the pool but it looked good and the gym had a good supply. The breakfast had a good variety of foods. All staff were pleasant and helpful. The tub was uncommonly curved which made for poor footing while taking a shower. Overall we would return.

I'm a technology user and as a dedicated Hilton fan one of the biggest issues is bedside power outlets. I nearly always have to move furniture and disconnect clocks and lamps to get to outlets, and I travel with my own power strip. But not at this hotel!! There was a power strip mounted on the nightstand on one side of the king bed and a lamp with a well-placed 3-prong plug (no balancing the lamp cock-eyed on a towel to make the cord fit) on the other side of the bed. It was great! The hotel internet was slow, but that's most hotels these days. (Ugh) The room was nice, smelled fresh, had reasonably new linens and a nice bathroom with decent lighting. OK, now the downside. The breakfast was just horrible. I don't expect 5 star gourmet on an included buffet, but the weird plastic-y things they used for eggs were just simply gross and they served them *every day* of my 3-night stay: chopped into weirdly geometric shapes the first day as "scrambled" (picture opaque yellow jell-o...seriously...they jiggled), filled with something not even as appetizing as cheez whiz the second day as "cheese omelets" and I didn't even bother to look closely when the third day was labeled "denver omelets". So the eggs, were bad, so what? Well it was the only protein source offered.* Everything else was pastry, bread and cereal. Oh, and not particularly good bread either. Picture wonder bread, some fairly old lender's bagels and some dusty english muffins that crumbled on the floor when you tried to open them to toast. I know hotels like these don't have full kitchens, but this was just gross and weird...and a waste of my money (I was unable to get a room with no breakfast for less money). It wouldn't take much to get something a lot more appetizing that could still be microwaved or commisaried from a nearby restaurant kitchen. It was just truly disgusting and enough to make me not want to stay in this hotel again. *To be fair, there was breakfast sausage served one day, but you shouldn't have to spend 600 calories for a single serving of protein!

Staff was courteous. No problems, very clean and modern room. I would stay there again.

Staff couldn't have been nicer. The rooms were very clean and comfy. Nice pool. On a major road but walking distance to some good restaurants. Must drive to the beach. Breakfast was good enough to start the day off.

Nothing great or bad to say! It was conveniently located dowtown.

For a quick in and out trip to Naples the stay was comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the whole place was nice and clean.

The hotel has a very good location. very nice older property, but being part of the Hilton group gives it a very well kept property. It is going to go thru a renovation soon. Great beds in the room though.

The breakfast was good, and the room was very clean:)

Room was comfortable - nice bed, good shower, good high speed wireless internet. Pleasant pool area. Only a mile or so from the beach, although I didn't get there this trip! Staff was very nice. Allowed me to keep my left over dinner in the fridge. Continental breakfast had a nice variety. I had a problem with the tv in the room and they got it switched out in short order. I'd stay there again.

Everything was perfect; we really did not expect so much based on the price we paid for and the location of the hotel, but we were greatly surprised by literally EVERYTHING: the location, the spotless rooms, the staff, the quietness of the area and its proximity to the beaches. Definitively we should come back! It is a great return for the money you could spend on it.

We only got to sleep in the hotel then off we were but wished we could have spent more time in the room to enjoy the pool and fitness area..

House keeping was excellent, front desk was totally lame, didnt know much about anything,, supposed to have morning newspaper at door this was ok first 3 days then never saw paper again,,answer at desk was - we probably didnt order enough -dah- there were signs in loby and on tv that there would be cookine in loby 5 to 5:30 never were ready before 5:45 I will never stay there again, and I have stayed there 8 to 10 times in the last 10 yrs

I was only in and out, so didn't get to get to know much about the hotel. What I did see seemed just fine.
