The room was indeed spotless, the shower updated, everything was just so, other than the A/C unit, which didn’t function properly. It was too humid in the room and even if the A/C unit was making a very loud noise, and the unit’s fan was blowing hard, the temperature and humidity in the room were not right, but over all, we did enjoy our two night stay.

Wonderful stay! Will definitely stay again. Breakfast was awesome. Grounds are beautifully kept. Staff was kind and wonderful. Pools and hot tubs were nice. We stayed in the suites and they were clean and quiet. They could use some updating with furnishings but everything was clean.

I was honestly surprised by how great this hotel turned out to be. Before arriving, I had read mixed reviews about the renovations and the overall condition, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. But I was completely wowed the moment I walked into the room. Everything was spotless — super clean, no odors, and beautifully updated. The view of the garden was a huge bonus; waking up felt like being surrounded by a peaceful little jungle. Breakfast outdoors in the morning was such a unique experience compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at. The staff was warm and welcoming from the start. A special shoutout to Tina at the restaurant — she was incredibly sweet, funny, and friendly. She truly made everyone feel at home. I highly recommend staying here. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way!

Overall, it was a great stay. However, the floor in my room needed a good mop down; it was dirty and dusty when I arrived. My reservation originally included a king-sized bed and a patio, but I was given a king-sized accessible room without either. The front desk staff quickly fixed the issue and moved us to a double-bed room with a patio. Apparently, nothing else was available. I recommend paying more attention to room assignments based on reservations. The surroundings were very peaceful. Staff were great. The bathroom could use an additional shelf or stool near the toilet, or an extra hook for hanging a bath towel. Despite these minor inconveniences, it was a pleasant stay overall. Thank you.
