Hotel was convenient and appropriately priced for the conditions, amenities. Staff was very nice.

Good for sleeping and doing your activities during the Day

This is the second time we have stayed at this motel on a business trip. The room the first time was quite a bit nicer and more updated. This time, we were in what must be an older part of the motel. The furniture looked "left over" from somebody's house, the TV and WiFi simply didn't work at all and the shower did not drain. I realize that it is spring break tourism season in Florida and rates are higher, but for $200 per night for a room, this was no good deal.

I tried to cancel ..Filthy, full time nasty people LIVE there. .mold, sticky floor, no coffee maker, fridge was off, never did get cold, no shampoo or conditioner, torn bedspreads, I searched for bed bugs, remote didn't work, just GROSS. ORBITZ should be embarrassed to have this in their choices. Best thing!! THE POLICE, 8 CARS, ARRIVED LATE AT NIGHT FOR 2 HOURS..WHY, we don't know, we stayed locked in our room waiting for GUN FIRE TO START. I hate you guys right now. The pictures Contys posted are fake as hell! They stated breakfast, there's no breakfast, the pictures lie, lie, lie. You cant even enter their office, you talk to them through a tiny window. They said because of Covid, bull, because their to damn scared to open their door! DON'T STAY HERE!!! False advertising at its best! I will fight to get my money back. And Orbitz charged 150 for the room..it was 119..again..lies. I slept in my clothes,We bailed at day break. AWFUL..just AWFUL. NEVER TRUST ORBITZ AGAIN!

They say they have a small breakfast service but they're still doing the covid bs and the little lobby is closed, you have to check in and out threw a teeny tiny window, personally I think they're just doing it so they don't have to put out even a coffee pot, and there's no coffee maker in the room,

The rooms are decorated so cute and the property manager was very very kind and helpful.

Room was full of small roaches, found bed bugs roaming o the beds and needles under one bed.

We stayed at this motel on a business trip. We needed to arrive very late so stopped by early afternoon to get our room key. The staff was accommodating. This is a quaint, family hotel conveniently located near Naples & Marco Island and not far from the interstate.

On the good side, it was clean and convenient. However, this is a tired facility, meaning it has seen better days and badly needs to be remodeled. The walls are paper thin and the clientele not of the type to respect how that affects others.

I opened the bedsheets and found bedbugs. I took pictures and forwarded them to the Health Department. I immediately started looking for other vacancies. Outcome of the investigation my pictures started, deemed several building and health violations.

Was cozy off-beat overnight place. Reminder of island style accomodations amongst palm trees and nature.

My wife and i have stayed here a few times and as the saying goes you get what you pay for. We love that we can have our little dog with us as most Naples hotels dont allow pets. The rooms are clean and no bugs.. They do need to upgrade the wiifi as its hit or miss depending on what room you and the lighting could use a bit of help.

Love this place the TV worked, No bugs, they allow dogs and price was fair compared to the rest of Naples. We didnt like the wifii

My wife and I have stayed here in the past and just spent a week here and loved that all of the rooms are different. This place is very Unique we have met some very cool people and new friends. I have read all of the reviews and can say i have yet to see a roach and did look for bed bugs and havent seen any yet. I can see some people saying such bad things about this place because they are coming to Naples and expect Naples standards (high class) and yes this place can be a bit on the expensive side for what you get, but compared to the prices of ALL the others its the cheapest. Also having a small dog Contys and 2 other hotels are the only ones who allow dogs...

Its OK for a very short stay. Bed was hard; rooms plain. Breakfast was included but we had to remind the employee since it was not served or ready.

The place was filthy, bugs everywhere. Only one outlet worked, the lights didnt work, none of the furniture matched. The staff made me feel like we were in a texas chainsaw movie. RUN!!!!!! There was no way we could have stayed we RAN!!!
