The hotel was beautiful and safe. The only complain was our bathroom in the room the shower door was broken but it was still a lovely stay

The staff was very attentive. We came in without much sleep and were allowed to check in early, without any hassle or extra charge. Complimentary bikes, towels, shuttle to beach, heated pool. Very nice.

Overall a very good experience. Very helpful front desk staff. Hotel is clean, nice pool. The hotel is not in the main downtown of naples, but it's an extremely easy drive, and parking in the crowded areas isn't difficult. Close to the beach with a free shuttle that takes you. Absolutely zero plant-based options at the restaurant or for breakfast (though this was not super surprising to us and we made other plans accordingly). We had two issues that were slightly annoying - 1) our door did not lock properly. it took some finagling to get it to latch, which we quickly realized. however, housekeeping would go in and we would return to the room with our door ajar because it had not latched. no issues with theft or anything, but kind of sketchy. we did inform the hotel, but it was not fixed during our stay. 2) it was kind of loud. walls are paper thin, so you can hear what is going on in the hallways and adjacent rooms with extreme clarity. Overall a solid 4/5.

Loved our stay. Very clean room and the beds are super comfortable. I read reviews about others having an issue with the AC not working properly, but thought they might have been isolated incidents. Unfortunately we had a similar issue. The thermostat didn’t work and no matter what temp we set it to, it would stay at 70 or above. They did send someone the next day to fix it, but it would only stick to one designated temperature. So if it got cold, you had to manually power it off. Other than that, everything was great.
