Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Pool was nice. Parking is free. Highly recommend this hotel (if you’re not looking to be on the beach).

Close to amazing shopping and a True Food Kitchen ( wonderful!) Great hotel staff, clean, welcoming.

Average at best- nothing exceptional at all except the name of the hotel. This is more a business hotel.

Great hotel - clean and modern room, beautiful pool, free shuttle to beach w/ beach chairs towels, and bottled water. Staff was so helpful and gave great recommendations for where to eat and where the best beaches were. only downfall was they have a small parking lot and 1/4 of it is reserved for valet parking, which is complementary but of course you have to tip for this service. There were a few times where I couldn't find parking and had to valet. Also wish there was coffee in the lobby in the morning. Overall wonderful experience, I'll stay here again!

I was in Naples for business so no time for beach etc etc... But what a pleasure to begin the day with a nice breakfast taken to the restaurant Gail one of the waitress was so outstanding very friendly very efficient what a pleasure when you are without your family to find this kind of waitress to bright your day. The pool the fitness were a wonderful relaxing event after the work day. Full of nice restaurants nearby didn't think eat dinner at the Hilton but I heard from people of Naples it is excellent !!! I found my nest for my business trips in Naples !!!!!

The hotel is under construction. Whether you are on the first floor or the fourth the noise is beyond disturbing. The staff were accommodating in trying to find me a new room with no noise but i should have been told prior to booking my stay. The shower did not drain and flooded, the sink did not drain either. The batteries in the remote were also dead. They may seem like minor flaws, but I was uncomfortable and did not enjoy my stay. Huge disappointment for the Hilton standard. The hotel needs huge updates.

The Hilton Naples was much better than I expected. Free shuttle to the beach with beach chairs, towels, and bottled water! The pool was great and the hotel was clean and comfortable. I wanted to ship the bed and pillows home. We will stay there again!

Hotel is nice, clean, about 15 mins from downtown naples. Nice staff and comfortable room.

I found this hotel to be in an excellent location on rte 41 in Naples. Hotel offers shuttles to beaches with chairs and towels and offered bicycles to ride as beach is only 1/2 mile down the road (Seagate) to Clam Pass beach. Also convenient to walk to Water side shopping center, CVS, and a local pub/restaurant Pelican Larry's. Short ride 1.5 miles to The Village on Venetian Bay offered shopping and restaurants in an upscale area in Parkshore area Naples. A few minutes to downtown Naples 5th ave and The Pier, Lowdermilk Beach park. Breakfast was included and staff were generous to accommodate any combination of breakfast items on the menu. Shula's Steakhouse food was very good, but, way above market price standards for a steak and then charge for individual sides. Staff exceptional and friendly, the free business computer room with printer was great for airplane tickets the day before. The pool and hot tub were exceptionally clean and towels, lounge chairs very comfortable with some naturally shaded areas too. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again.

The hotel had good reviews online so we chose to stay here. When we walked in the hotel smelled horrible which the front desk clerk Said was cleaning supplies but it smelled more like gas. After a long walk down the hallway we made it to our room and had to fight the door to open it. To our disgust we also noticed blood stains on our curtains. We tried to tell from desk about the door but they only reissued a key and that didn't help. A maintenance worker came and said the battery must be out and he'd take care of it. We then met the only fabulous person on our trip the concierge. She booked tickets for us and was very friendly and helpful. After returning from our long day trip the door still didn't work and we had to have a new lock replaced on the door which completely interrupted our stay.

great check in , very comfortable bed, nice pool and spa, nice restaurant, easy check out , nice area

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, not on the beach but a short drive. It was perfect!

Room was good size with amenities plentiful. Excellent stay and experience.

Super friendly staff, location was good. It’s not on the beach but they give you daily rides. My only disappointment is that the rooms are a little bit old with ugly wall paper that is peeling off.

Wonderful experience. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Amenities are readily available.

My stay at the Hilton in Naples was very enjoyable. I have to say the staff were extremely accommodating and quite friendly. I was there with a buddy for 5 days. We spent much of that time at the pool. On the weekend they have a bar setup and a grill where they cool burgers and hot dogs from the Shula Steakhouse. The burgers were excellent and very cheap. The pool is small but relaxing with a nice rock waterfall. The same type of waterfall is in the hot tub as well. There is a nice sized gym to workout in that overlooks the pool area. If you go to the beach you can get a complimentary chair, towel and water at the front desk. All in all I would recommend the hotel to anyone going to Naples.

The Hilton Naples never disappoints. Very clean and great amenities. Awesome value.

This is a convenient hotel for business people and meetings primarily on the week days and for families on the weekends. There were two events the night we were there. One was a wedding and the other an awards banquet for an environmental organization. Both large groups seemed to be handled well. We have stayed here numerous times in the past when we went to concerts at the nearby concert hall. While they do have a shuttle to the beach, and there is a pool, I wouldn't consider this a resort hotel. If you need to be in the northern Naples area, this is a good place to stay..

$500+ for the room each night during holiday weekend. Everything looked as pictured, however the rooms were very small and more appropiate for a business traveler than a family looking to get away for a few nights. Overall, I would not go back for the following reasons: -not able to open windows in room/or use balcony, felt very stuffy -never enough chairs at the pool and towels were never stocked -no outside bar by the pool -shuttle to the beach was always packed and had to wait to return; only two beach chair limit per room even though there were 4 adults staying -very very basic cable without the option to rent movies -no minibar in the room -uncomfortable beds/pillows

very average; I was there for a business meeting, so it was convenient.
