I have stayed here many times and every time its always consistently great. Reception staff are excellent , helpful, courteous and know the hotel. Eden Roc in Miami was shockingly bad after the Hilton in Naples. The beds and pillows are just incredible. The best value, for a comfortable central stay in Naples. I have tried them all.
