Best value at Vanderbilt Beach!

We have been vacationing at Vanderbilt Beach for 30 years and our two week stay at Liz apt is by far the best overall experience of them all. Location right on the beach, with a view to die for ,building with premises perfectly maintained, clean, spacious and fully equipped apt and above all Liz attention to everything was the recipe for an unforgettable stay. Of course nothing is perfect but as a value nothing comes close.

Fantastic Location

We have been going to the Vanderbilt Beach location for over 30 years! This place has the best location and you are right on the beach! Close to restaurants and shopping. The walking is our favorite down Golf Shore Blvd. Hats off to Liz (property owner) from the beginning to the end! Very thorough and always quick to respond! Defiantly a hidden gem!

Sensational View!!

We have always stayed ocean front during all of our 43 years of travel in too many places to name, this by far is the best view and beach access yet! The water is absolutely pristine and so close, with solid white sand as a bonus. The condo building is so intimate with only 30 units, and the grounds are immaculate with an extremely nice heated pool, that you can actually feel is heated and we were here in December! The unit itself if very clean and spacious with everything you would possibly need for a 2 week or longer stay. Parking is incredibly easy, with a reserved parking spot. Beach Yoga is every other day, and is very close by. We spotted dolphins really close to the water's edge and great sea shells as well. The restaurants and shopping are in abundance so close by. The owner Liz is remarkable in her communication and the information she supplies. I can't think of a better host that stayed in constant contact anytime I needed her, which made the stay in an unfamiliar location, much easier to relax. Thank you Liz for your hospitality, we hope to be back soon!!

Location, Location, Location!

Can't beat this view. Direct oceanfront, just steps to the sand in your toes. Condo was well appointed. The owner, Liz was very easy to communicate with. Responded in a timely manner to answer questions or concerns.

Wonderful Vacation

We loved Naples! We had never been and were surprised at how beautiful Vanderbilt Beach was! The beach outside our condo window was breathtaking. The palm trees and white sand with the ocean and sun behind them created an amazing view. We ate at many delicious restaurants and some were waterfront with incredible views. The condo was perfect and Liz was extremely enjoyable to work with! We will definitely be back to her condo!!

Excellent beachfront condo!

We spent 34 nights at this very comfortable beachfront condo. The whole family enjoyed our time there. Liz is a magnificent host who answers all doubts at once. We will be back last week of September! Can’t wait to be there once more.

A Slice of Heaven!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Naples in January. It was an excellent vacation! We loved to listen to the ocean waves all day and especially falling asleep to the gentle sounds. The views were spectacular and we loved walking the beach daily right out the back door. Great shell searching along the sand reefs when the tide was low and Lo's beach yoga was an added bonus just a 10 minute walk away. We frequented the near by restaurants and watched some of the most spectacular sunsets ever. Liz was wonderful to work with and provided the answers to most of our questions before we asked. She is very organized and responsive. We're already looking forward to staying here again!

We Couldn't Be More Pleased

My husband and I are fortunate to have come across Liz's property for our yearly trip to Naples, FL. It is located within a short distance to restaurants and shopping centers, and is an easy drive to 5th Avenue, the bustling heart of Naples. Most importantly, for us, it is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, where we enjoyed the serene view of the water every day. The home is appointed with everything one could want to enjoy a beach vacation, and if there is something a guest might need in the condo, Liz is quick to respond. She is patient and kind, willing to do anything to make her guests comfortable. We especially enjoyed the Lanai, where we sat many a night to dine al fresco and watch the sunset. One couldn't ask for more. We were sad to leave, but happy knowing that we had found a beautiful home to vacation in Naples when we return. We highly recommend Liz’s home for your holiday.

My recent stay at the Vanderbilt Beach property was an absolute dream come true. Situated right in front of the breathtaking beach, this vacation rental truly captured the essence of a beach lover's paradise. The moment I stepped into the property, I was immediately taken aback by the stunning views that greeted me. The expansive windows and balcony offered panoramic view of the blue waters and white sands, allowing me to enjoy the mesmerizing beauty of Vanderbilt Beach from the comfort of my own private oasis. I must commend the owner, Liz, for her exceptional hospitality and attentiveness throughout my stay. Comfy Condo on Great Vanderbilt Beach Location

Husband and I booked a 2 week golf and beach trip here to explore the greater Naples area. Came right after Snowbird Season” ended( ie post April 15). We had the private beach all but to ourselves and loved our 3rd floor views ( 1st floor is parking) ftom living room, lanai and bedroom. Kitchen has modern appliances and the living space is large. Master bedroom was also large with a big walk-in closet. Area is still reconstructing from last Sept. horrific Hurricane Ian, but businesses are open and the energy to rebuild is super positive. So no lack of amenities, but empathy for the reconstruction is appreciated. An extra plus with booking now is the weather is great-high temps but not humid, so extremely pleasant and great ocean breezes. No red tide or sargasm. And less crowds so often no need for reservations for dinner. Golf rates are highly discounted now, too:) This was a great vacation!

Relaxing stay in paradise

Vanderbuilt Beach Retreat

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The condo is small, but very clean and functional. Our only issue was that the elevator was worked on off and on for the entire month. We were very fortunate to only be on the second floor, so it did not effect us too much. I would definitely stay here again.
