Beautiful property, clean and just like staying in a personal home. Room service food was great. Helpful and friendly staff. Lots of wildlife around the property. Nothing negative to say.

Property was well kept and quiet and the location was good

Beautiful grounds, cottage looked newly renovated and very spacious.

The resort was excellent. Much than I expected. A little pricey, but you have to expect that and enjoy.

We stayed at a 3 bedroom cottage on the golf course for over $700 a night. We had 6 adults in our party. Check in was quick and easy. The cottage is very beautiful with great views of the golf course and mountains. The cons were that there was 1 tiny bar of soap in each bathroom and that was it. No shampoo, conditioner, extra soap or anything so bring your own. The safe did not work. The cable did not work in the 3rd bedroom and the robes were missing, which we needed cable because pops needed his news station. The phone did not work in the master. It was freezing when we arrived and we didn't know how to work the thermostat to keep it warm. So we called someone to come out with extra blankets, fix the cable, and help with the heating. They said they would send someone while we went to get dinner. We went to the Grill restaurant but there were no tables. I looked at the website prior and they mentioned only reserving special events such as the desert and wine tasting so of course I didn't reserve a table for dinner. We had to settle for the bar and finger foods because we were starving and would have to go back to our cottage to get our cars if we wanted to find a restaurant. My sister and I ordered a cocktail that sounded delicious but tasted like rubbing alcohol. They never came to bring the robes and fix the cable while we were out and had to call a total of 5 times for someone to finally come. It's beautiful on the outside but lacks in basic customwe service.

Double charged by hotel even after we had paid thru Orbitz!

Great place to stay very close to downtown very close to all the happenings. Very friendly staff very clean resort. The only issue we had was with the front door lock it was High technology and we were locked in-and-out at one point.

The rooms are excellent. Everything I would like in a residence, let alone, hotel accommodations. Great space.

The property is stunning with great landscaping and a backdrop of the mountain. I love lush the greenery. There is a great market serves Starbucks coffee and has good breakfast and lunch options.

Food was great, very quiet and peaceful, friendly staff, grounds were very clean

It had a wonderful morning view. The atmosphere was peaceful

Dear Sandy, Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. It is fantastic to hear that you enjoyed our cottage with a beautiful view of the mountains during your stay. However, it is saddening to know that we did not meet your expectations in some aspects of your accommodations, especially with the bar food and drinks. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. We hope that you will consider staying with us again.
