Friendly and professional staff. Hotel is not what I expected for a Comfort Inn though. Rooms kinda dingy with weird smells. Adequate for a very short stay, and reasonably accessible location.

The fact that I booked in error and the hotel management staff would not refund this combat service connected disabled veteran his money. Shame on you!
The grounds could use an upgrade and could be free of pet waste.
I liked how the pool and spa was closed and no hot breakfast nor newspapers
As far as roadside hotel stops go this place was comfortable and clean. I’d stay here again. Breakfast was decent, WiFi worked well.

We arrived late and we had a room reserved for the top floor. We asked for a downstairs room and the desk person was so nice and switched things around and got us a downstairs room. The pool and hot tub was very pleasant and the breakfast was awesome. My room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this to everyone. Pleased from Payson
