I typically stay with friends here but needed a break and to give them the space during the holidays. The room was clean and comfortable, and the keyless entry was easy to use. The location was very convenient—close to the freeway, downtown, and central Mount Shasta, with easy access across to the mountain via Lake Street. I received quick, helpful responses to any questions or requests I had. The staff was kind, welcoming, and very accommodating. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay.

A water pipe burst just before we got there, so the manager gave us a deluxe room. It was roomy and very clean. Its close to the park forest trails. I would stay here again.

The beds were comfortable and the room was relatively clean. However, the property is run-down and in poor repair. Minimal supplies provided in the room, no conditioner or lotion, no hair dryers. Poor lighting.

Cool place for outdoor adventures with room equipped with ski and bike racks and hooks to hang stuff to dry, etc. Clear floors and bed. Bare bone. Easy check-in done through prior electronic registration and door code. Right in Shasta.

A weak, cheap, attempt at turning an older facility into a hipster hotel. The outside communal areas are a nice touch, but the room, including the poor beds, add-on AC in the window so you can’t close the curtain and use the AC, black mold under the bathroom sink in unit #12, portable electric heater, bad ikea type lighting, one of which was broken, make this place unacceptable. Stay away! I’d love to publish the pic from under the sink. I’m disgusted.

It's got everything we need and nothing that we don't. But needs a hook behind the bathroom door, and a hook right outside the shower door for a towel Thank you for enough towels. But ice machine would be great.
