Was very disappointed!… walked in to smoke free room and there was a smoke odor dirty towel, and dirty socks on the floor. Had to ask for a better accommodation and got pretty much the same thing without socks or wet towel!

OMG. Booked ten rooms for a cheer competition. Pool closed. Air conditioner broken. Ice machines broken. (Everywhere except the lobby) conveniently. You think its nice and cool until you get on the rickety elevator and sweat through the halls to your even hotter room. No one answers at the front desk. Tv in room was broken. Said they would send maintenance up. Never did. Bathroom was dirty. Holes in the ceiling. I could keep going. But… to Dave time and energy spend twenty more dollars and stay some place better. Lesson learned. Oh and Orbitz said 138 a night. They charged me 180. Oh and no mini fridge like they had said. Never again.

I didn't expect much but I was hoping that the hotel and room would've been cleaned at least. The reality is that the entire hotel needs updated; new carpet, paint, bathroom tile and grout etc. It's old and dingy. But my room was dirty. Floors had not been vacuumed, bathroom was dirty, no remote control, plastic bag over the smoke detector. Spent $160 for the room, next time I'll drop the other $60-$70 and stay at the Westin or Courtyard.

not the worst - not the best

Our reservation was for a handicapped room, since we were traveling with our special needs child. There was no room available even though that was what was booked. Then, the WiFi was not working which was a huge inconvenience since we had work to do online. We called down to enquire and the representative at the front desk was no help whatsoever. She didn't seem to care in the least. We asked for an extra set of lines and apparently that was a problem too as we were refused. Won't be staying here again.

The toilet in my room over flowed. I the front desk for assistance. I got no answer. I get dressed and go downstairs to find the attendant in a deep sleep. The manager gave me a partial refund which orbitz has yet to return to me. After numerous calls......and over a hour hold time ....each time.

Pool was closed, room was dirty, a few of the lamps in room didn’t work. Parking lot was filthy, ice machine on 5th floor didn’t work and there was a rotting smell that was unbearable in the actual ice machine. Not worth $150 per night.

This hotel needs to be torn down 3 floor smell like bumbs stayed their after i complained the spray air freshner to try and cover up the stink Bathtubs black like they havent been clean forever and room that mark in the system as clean had hair all behind the bathroom door and the celing had a big whole in it when i complained to the manger he said u no this it not a 5 star hotel in my books they wont even get a half star for 90 bucks a night......Will Not Be Back
