Great staff .room was very clean and a great layout would really recommend to friends.

Because it was Wyndam I expected so much more. My husband and I didn't get the wow factor we associate with Wyndam. We were some what disappointed!

My husband and i stayed there for wedding. The room smelled musty and no real control over air conditioning. The shower was small and had mold on the tile. The housekeeping staff didn't have their own elevator so i took a few rides with a bin full af dirty sheets and towels that smelled terrible.we had the breakfast buffet which had rat traps where the food was set up. It cost $28 for powdered eggs and burnt bacon. The nicest part of the hotel was the outside smoking lounge. The bar was small and couldn't handle more than 10 people and since i was there for a wedding it was about 50 people plus. The bartender couldn't mix a vodka and tonic let alone anything more complicated. I would say stay away from this hotel it needs to be updated in big way. I stayed at red roof in in june that had a nicer room and was much cleaner.

Arrived around 4:30 am. Hotel clerk grumpy. Went out and about at noon. Returned and did not have maid service. Had to call for towels. Left an item in the room after checkout and called. They verified they had the item and would send it to me using my credit card. It's been 2 weeks and have not received the item. If I do eventually receive it, I will update my review. Female clerks all very polite and very helpful.

Fast check in. Awesome staff! I would definitely stay there again .

Somehow at first they had a hard time finding our reservation from Orbitz, but it's how you handle these situations that counts, and they handled it very well. They finally found it, gave us a nice room and through in free breakfast for me and my wife.

I stayed at this hotel with my family and arrived late at night. The woman at the front desk was pleasant. We were given two adjacent rooms, as we have requested. One room was decent, but the other had a terrible musty smell. I asked the reception to switch rooms and she offered two other options for me to check out (e.g. she said they were aware of this issue). When we entered one room, it was being serviced and we were told to find another room; the second also had the terrible smell. The receptionist said I should speak with the manager about this in the morning. At this point, it was very late already and my kids were bouncing off the walls with tiredness. I had no choice but to put them to bed and brace the musty smell. So with the kids in bed...the heat was turned on, and...the ceiling started to leak near the vent of the AC. I called downstairs again and told them of this and that it is so late that I can't switch rooms but I would like a refund for this one room. She said to speak with the manager in the morning...which I did...at first she said there is nothing she can do because I "accepted the situation", but as we left the hotel she stated she stated that she had spoken with her GM and I will get a refund. She had given me her contact info. I have yet to receive the refund although I had emailed the manager to ask her about it. I have waited a few weeks before writing this review. At the end of the day, one room was okay and the other was a disaster.

Every staff member greeted us whenever we passed in the halls. Definitely noticed a higher level of customer service at this hotel.

No real ac or heat, just a loud fan that allows you to adjust temperature except same temp comes out no matter what temp you sent. Room had stale smell to it. Bed hard. Nice poop and heated pool room.

This hotel is great for the price for a short stay. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Had problems with the shower and hot water. Took a couple of cold showers, but admittedly once we reported the problem; it was resolved in a timely manner. Staff was friendly and helpful.

My floor was extremely noisy!! Loud talking and a lot of commotion in the hallway! Went to the Resturant on the premise. After beig seated with only 1other table occupied, it took about 1hr and a half to get my food. I took it to go and after getting to my room I pulled out DRY wings which should've been teriyaki wings, hot water with dry chicken and veg in it which should have been soup!!! It was HORRIBLE!!! I was in my pjs and didn't feel like going back to return it!!! HORRIBLE experience!!!

It was wonderful. The room was spacious. #307. Clean! I was impressed with the heating system. You never heard it come on or shut off. The fan was so quiet! I was Very comfortable!!! I want that to be my room for every visit. Lol

This was a pitstop on a long road trip and was clean, comfortable and all we needed. We got a great deal, so were overall very pleased.

The service was excellent from check in to the amazing staff in the restaurant. Barbara and Gigi made us feel at home and we looked forward to seeing them in the mornings.

Hotel is in a busy area and it seemed noisy all the time. Outer window would not close look the way. Hotel would not turn on he heat. The staff stated that it was not winter yet even though it was 50 F outside and the room was getting wind through the window all the time.

Check in was quick, front desk manager was very friendly, great food, responsive staff...I would definately stay again.

Very accomodating and courteous. Pretty clean and fresh. The towels and beds/pillows and sheets were luxurious.

cheap and rediculously good customer service

Stayed one night and had a speedy and extremely friendly check-in. The hotel could use some cosmetic updates but the room was definitely up to par with others in the area. Every staff member greeted us whenever we passed in the halls. Definitely noticed a higher level of customer service at this hotel.
