We loved the customer service. People were so nice and helpful! We did not like the 2 inch deep fridge which basically held nothing, no towel racks, and tub didn't drain well. The restaurant was obscenely expensive and not that good. The property was very clean!
It was hard to stay asleep because you hear every time the neighboring guests open and close their doors and when people talk while walking the hallway.
The hotel was very clean all around. The temperature control was satisfactory. They had enough charging stations for all of our devices. We asked for a late check-out and they obliged without a problem. We ordered breakfast room service (Saturday morning), and the food was in our room in less than a half hour. We ordered three breakfasts, eggs, bacon, potatoes and toast (no drinks) - the cost (which seemed to quote different prices depending on where we looked) was around $56, very steep, but also very convenient. The shower was, like most hotels, a mess. When you look and see that you have a rain shower head, we get excited. Unfortunately, rain didn't come out of the shower head, only a light drizzle. Very low pressure, and also no matter how much you pull up, water is still pouring out of the spout, making you stand in ankle deep water. No good.
