Run down. Rooms were smelly and so run down. Beds were terrible! Alot of rif raft outside and trash laying around outside.

Get a great deal on pricing for the room and they even throw in lots of roaches in the room at no extra charge. Had to sleep with the lights on to keep the bugs at bay. Room was falling apart

The staff and manager at this hotel were atrocious. No one will give you their name. They refuse to give you the phone number to the corporate offices. I will never stay at a Knights Inn again !

The room smelled like someone had smoked something other than regular cigarettes. The odor was very strong. One of the pillows really smelled like smoke. There was an ironing board but no iron. Room 215 needs to be aired out.When I reported it at checkout the clerk just said ok. No apology extended. Won’t be going back or recommending it to anyone.

Overall a good value for the money. Check in was very slow. Computer system was the cause of this. 30 minutes wait to get in. Out not much better. Sink didn’t drain. Other than that bed was comfortable. Refrigerator and microwave clean. Extra table and loveseat came in handy. Chair was comfortable at the desk. Would return.

Bugs in room kept hearing a banging noise coming from bathroom area we were in top floor kept tripping into bathroom cause of uneven floor

I wanted a room on the first floor as I specified at booking because I have difficulties climbing staires and there is no elevator, but upon check-in they said there was no room available on the first floor, however there were several unoccupied. Our room was not as clean as it use to be in prior stays and it had roaches, which I did not see before. I probably will NOT stay at this Motel again.

Stayed for two nights to sleep and take shower only. The microwave didn't work. There was metal hardware on the floor in the bathroom. Looked like brackets to fasten down equipment in a hotel (is fridge or tv) Everything else was ok. Staff was pleasant.I am not a big traveler but for a two star place this is good.

Daytime staff (Jan?) friendly, helpful and accommodating. Property obviously tastefully furnished and decorated when new. Now in need of repair, renewal or replacement. Lamp shades and light fixtures stained and askew, various fasteners loose or shaky, walls and woodwork somewhat stained and marred. Plenty of table, counter, and desk space, 2 chairs. Floors, carpet and fixtures not immaculate but acceptably clean. Linens crisp and clean, pillows mediocre, beds comfortable. AC, fridge and microwave functional. Coffee maker may be missing (they tend to walk off), ask for another at office. Irons also available there, ironing boards in rooms. Hot water, pressure, and shower OK. Flat screen TV, remote, and channel selection outstanding. WiFi OK. Grounds and walkways slightly littered, but not bad. Small number of guests occasionally a bit noisy individually, but no wild parties or disputes. Ample parking.

The first room I was placed in was supposed to be a non-smoking room, however it wreaked of cigarettes. When I called the front desk the gentleman originally gave me a hard time about the room until I started asking for management. Then he showed me two other rooms, one where there was urine on the toilet seat and he claimed housekeeping had already cleaned. The other, which I stayed in was cleaner than the other two but had dust everywhere, crust in the shower head, stains and dirt everywhere. I will never stay in a Knights Inn again. The microwave and refrigerator was filthy an the lock was broken on my door. I did not feel safe but felt a little better once my room was moved to the front of the hotel. Very disappointed.

Gets the job done at a good price. My room was decently clean but did have somewhat of a musty odor and a strong scent of cleaning products. Mini fridge and microwave were nice to have. There's an Applebee's, MacDonald's and Wawa all within walking distance.
