Bugs in room kept hearing a banging noise coming from bathroom area we were in top floor kept tripping into bathroom cause of uneven floor

Very nice..was happy with the service..the room was quite comfortable,i loved it, the space was just right for us

I wanted a room on the first floor as I specified at booking because I have difficulties climbing staires and there is no elevator, but upon check-in they said there was no room available on the first floor, however there were several unoccupied. Our room was not as clean as it use to be in prior stays and it had roaches, which I did not see before. I probably will NOT stay at this Motel again.

Stayed for two nights to sleep and take shower only. The microwave didn't work. There was metal hardware on the floor in the bathroom. Looked like brackets to fasten down equipment in a hotel (is fridge or tv) Everything else was ok. Staff was pleasant.I am not a big traveler but for a two star place this is good.

Daytime staff (Jan?) friendly, helpful and accommodating. Property obviously tastefully furnished and decorated when new. Now in need of repair, renewal or replacement. Lamp shades and light fixtures stained and askew, various fasteners loose or shaky, walls and woodwork somewhat stained and marred. Plenty of table, counter, and desk space, 2 chairs. Floors, carpet and fixtures not immaculate but acceptably clean. Linens crisp and clean, pillows mediocre, beds comfortable. AC, fridge and microwave functional. Coffee maker may be missing (they tend to walk off), ask for another at office. Irons also available there, ironing boards in rooms. Hot water, pressure, and shower OK. Flat screen TV, remote, and channel selection outstanding. WiFi OK. Grounds and walkways slightly littered, but not bad. Small number of guests occasionally a bit noisy individually, but no wild parties or disputes. Ample parking.

The first room I was placed in was supposed to be a non-smoking room, however it wreaked of cigarettes. When I called the front desk the gentleman originally gave me a hard time about the room until I started asking for management. Then he showed me two other rooms, one where there was urine on the toilet seat and he claimed housekeeping had already cleaned. The other, which I stayed in was cleaner than the other two but had dust everywhere, crust in the shower head, stains and dirt everywhere. I will never stay in a Knights Inn again. The microwave and refrigerator was filthy an the lock was broken on my door. I did not feel safe but felt a little better once my room was moved to the front of the hotel. Very disappointed.

Gets the job done at a good price. My room was decently clean but did have somewhat of a musty odor and a strong scent of cleaning products. Mini fridge and microwave were nice to have. There's an Applebee's, MacDonald's and Wawa all within walking distance.

Booked two rooms with Queen beds I called before I got there and they said everything was set. When I arrived to check in I was told there were no more queen beds available only king beds with a pull out sofa I took it because it seemed I had no choice at the moment but later on that night we noticed the pull out sofa had no sheets or blankets and there was no extras in the room. I called down to the lobby and was told by the clerk that she is not supposed to leave the desk but she would try to find the laundry key and I could come down to the lobby for the sheets(its only 15degrees outside). And to top it off she never called back if she even looked, my guest was a father and two teens were they all supposed to sleep in the same bed. I've stayed here before without a problem but this time sucked .

I love it. It was a great experience. It was comfortable.

We booked the hotel for a night. Reached there in the evening, nicely greeted. Room was clean and odor free. Stay was pleasant.

they gave the room away before we could check in worse place ever

I stayed for one whole week and it was tolerable. Almost every morning housekeeping knocked on our door around 10am and when we tried yelling no thank you the housekeeper opened the door anyway then closed it when she saw we were sleeping. I would've put up a do not disturb sign but there wasnt one readily available. Our room keys were demagnitized almost everytime we left the room because they cant touch anything metal so we had to get new ones 3 times. We also had read there was a complimentaty breakfast but when we went to double check on the website it didnt say it. We read the sign on the door that said there was a complimentary breakfast when we went to get new keys and then when we did go to breakfast they only had two types of bagels and then refreshments. I mean I know its a cheap hotel but why bother? Front desk service wasnt so friendly when we were greeted on the phone with them either. The only way I would stay again is if I was desperate and wanted a super cheap hotel.

Long day travelin, walked in to check in and was greated by probably the nicest and most efficient clerk I've ever dealt with. ABBY was a delight in all ways, on top of everything, answered all our questions and was honestly, a DELIGHT. Just seemed like a nice, honest happy Woman. THANK YOU ABBY, you made our stay a JOY. Now, to the actual room, old, dark, kinda dank, probably last upgraded in the Nixon adminastration. There was an extra peephole in the door about 3 inches off the sash took one look at it and said "oh, thats a bullet hole so they just stuck an extra peephole in. Thought they took the mattresses out of the box and PUT THE BOX ON THE BED and took the mattresses. Overall, not THAT BAD, you can do better for your buck but if you need a quick place with stale bagels, extra bullet holes but the MOST WONDERFUL Woman to check you in, it'll do. THANKS AGAIN ABBY. PROFESSION, SMART, COOL !

The room was nice for the price, but not clean at all! We found a half full baby bottle under the edge of on of the beds. There was also mold growing all through the bathroom along the edges of the tub and under the soap shelf and faucet. We chose the hotel because of the continental breakfast the was to be served from 6-9. Our first morning I got there at 8:44 and there was one plain bagel there. Not nearly enough for the 3 of us. When my mother asked about the breakfast the employee said it was gone, even though it wasn't 9 yet. I also asked for an extra towel since there were only 2 in the room and they said they can not give extra towels or blankets, we didn't even have a blanket to begin with. When we were sitting down to eat our 1 bagel the girl behind the counter proceeded to tell another customer that she was amazed at "people" (us) because if we wanted breakfast we should have got their earlier. Keep in mind that there were at least a dozen more people who came looking for breakfast after us before it was 9. The second morning I at 8:30 there were mini muffins and raisin bagels, along with the plain ones. The rudeness of the employee and lack of cleanliness will keep up from coming back, even though the room was nice.

I really like this hotel the only problem I have is the beds are not that comfortable

I really enjoyed this room I didn't expect to like it as much as I did. Only problem was the bed wasn't comfortable.

When we travel to or thru Mt. Laural Knights Inn is were we prefer to stay because of location and local reaturants. Good place for a night or two getaway.

Free continental break was barely nothing. Has to go to McDonalds next door for breakfast. The bathtub area need some special attention.

Hotel stay was good. Location was perfect. Surrounding area provided plenty of restaurants and shops to frequent. Rooms could have been somewhat cleaner. Hotel staff was pleasant. We were provided with a handicapped room which we did not request but was very useful. We don't know if front desk notice the handicapped tag on car it was very much appreciated. Have stayed in other Knights Inn, so far this location I would recommend.

Experience was all I expected. Value was very good; staff was only ordinary.
