Close to good eats and easy to get to highways. Place needs to be updated and cleaned up. Room’s were nice size, but old.

Needs to be a cheaper rate and better discount for weekly bookings. More toiletries available

I still didn’t receive my security deposit and the room smelled like gas. Horrible experience.

The floor wasn't clean upon stay and there were bugs and baby roaches in the room. This made my stay very uncomfortable and unpleasant.

Unclean and smelly rooms. Things can always work out if the staff is friendly and respectful but the night girl that we had to deal with was very rude. When I told her that the room is dirty she said it is old, I said old doesn't have to do with unclean and she again said it is old, then I told her the sink drainage is blocked and it is smelly and she almost yelled at me, so I had to stop arguing. Even though they had other slightly better rooms she still did not give offer me those and said we are fully booked. Then the supervisor came and moved us to another room. I had 3 disabled people with me and I had to move them later in the night around 10 even though they were tired and almost slept in smelly room. In front of me she received a call from someone asking for the refund for the same reasons and there was another customer came while I was there about the same issues and broken toilet seat. Not recommended at all.

Enjoyed the quiet. Didnt like the dirty roo Floor not sweepstakes or cleaned. Counter and stove were nasty. I used the microwave. The aur condition worked great, but entire cover fell off abd the filthy air filter was exposed and dust and webs was visible. Clearly the room was not disinfected or sanitized. I had the baby with me and I went to dollar tree and got antibacterial products and cleaned the room myself. Thanks for listening.

We were called one hour before we got there at 10pm to be told our room flooded and there were no other rooms available. We were not helped to find another place to stay. We drove 4 hours to not have a place ti stay

I’m handicap so I requested a room by any handicap sign or closest to the entrance but was put on the second floor also was denied when I requested to be move to the first floor also wasn’t told about any elevator at any time which I later found out the next after talking to the aggressive rude manager Eric and the room was dirty I even found a roach on the floor the bed covers was put on wrong I didn’t feel safe staying but wasn’t from that area so I had to deal with it and didn’t get much sleep because of it I left 6 hours before my check out time because of the horrible situation also I wasn’t told about that office hours and when I arrived everything was closed lucky I looked around and knocked on the window of the hotel couldn’t accommodate me when my requested or change of room it would’ve been understandable if they cancel my reservation and told me with decent time also the next day I spoke toEric The next day to see if I can get my refund he wasn’t happy he wasn’t apologetic he wasn’t understanding but indeed was blaming everything on me how I could have done this and that like if I was a remember member or knew anything about the hotel and ordered for the room to be dirty and have a roach living there and to make matters worse all the outlets didn’t work so if push come to shove I would’ve spent most of my night in my car charging my phone so it won’t die on me in case of emergency and in a town I’m not familiar with and to keep me distracted it was bad all around

Very unclean hotel.

The manager was rude and there was fighting and banging all night long.people screaming and shouting for help

The toilet handle was broken and ran all night dresser was broken also

This place has gone far down hill. It was never the Ritz, but was well worth the money the charged. I've stayed there many times, but I won't be staying there anymore. It seems that there are a lot of long-term residents, and their needs and desires are just not compatible with the needs and desires of typical hotel guests. In addition, I was given one towel and no soap or any other of the typical toiletries that are usually supplied.

This places has too many screening and ghetto fighting in the middle of the morning no pillows in the room never again

Own kitchen full size fridge plus laundry room on site pleasant stay no issues or concerns

There was a roach in the bathroom other than that it was ok
