This Hilton Garden Inn has a great pool and nice hotel room. The beds were comfortable and the place was very clear. It is a a little far form New Egypt LAX tournament but we will definitely stay here again.

Tracy was on duty when we checked in, very professional with a great sense of humor. I let Tracey know upfront that we were light sleepers and she was happy to accolade, to the fifth floor we went. Nice beds and restful nights sleep. I also recommend the breakfast that they serve. We went to go to a local restaurant but they did not open until 8 am during the week??? so we headed back to the hotel. Great selection. I would suggest that if you are an egg person to have the chef on staff do your eggs the way you want them. I had the ones that were already scrambled and they weren't that great. The menu states that the chef is happy to do fresh eggs and clearly my coffee had not kicked in for that to have registered. Bacon and sausage were great. Keep up the good work!

The beds were very comfortable, which is my most important criteria. The room was clean as was the bathroom. Lots of noise in the hallway at night which was irritating. The pool was small but worked fine for us as we were the only ones there in the morning. Breakfast was free for children, but an adult breakfast, with tax and tip, was just over $16 dollars. Front desk staff were polite but not very interactive. Food service staff were excellent and went out of their way for guests.

Once again we had a nice stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Mt Laurel. Room was clean and in great shape, the bed was firm and we love the open and welcoming lobby. The breakfast is a bit pricey at $13.95 (I have pointed out to Hilton that other hotels offer a continental breakfast for less) but there is a Dunkin Donuts across the street. Juice and muffins for two for $9 !!

Clean hotel with 2 queen beds, indoor pool with jacuzzi, cookies with water upon arrival and great breakfast buffet! Stayed here with family for 1 night on way to DC. Recommend installing vents in bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again.

Arrived Late. Check-In when smooth. Wanted a "bite" and a drink. Had wings and a beer at the Hotel Restaurant "The American Grille". Quiet Hotel. Sufficient Parking available. Room in good shape with little or no wear and tear. Good location. Will stay again when in the area.

I stayed for a week on business. Very clean and well maintained hotel. The bar is small but the service was great. The restaurant is good as are the breakfasts. Excellent service from the time I checked to when I checked out.

People running up & down corridor screaming & banging on our door till midnight, got no sleep whatsoever. Rooms not up to standard. Will never stay here again. We have only stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn one other time & that was bad also.

We were extremely disappointed with the hotel ammenities. A large group of kids took over the pool and were wrestling, running around and jumping into the pool so others could not use it. A large part of why we chose this hotel was because of the pool and we couldn't even use it. This should not be allowed. Staff saw and did nothing about it.

As a Hilton Honors member, I could check in a day early with the app and choose the room I wanted. I chose #502 because it was on the highest floor, front-facing and according to the hotel floor plan on the app, it's farthest away from noisy elevator and ice machine areas. There was a bit of a wait - maybe 5 minutes - to check in. The room was more spacious than I expected, and well appointed for the cost. I appreciated the refrigerator, microwave and especially the Keurig coffee maker. They provided 2 basic k-cup coffees and a black tea k-cup. I recommend bringing your own favorites or picking some up at the nearby whole foods or S-bucks. The bathtub was roomy and great for soaking, even for me, a larger-than-average person. The towels however seemed unusual- very linty but not worth complaining about. I would say shake them out if they look especially new. The room was quiet, except when some kids were playing in the hallway just outside but again not bothersome. I noticed the noise a little more because it appeared that the bottom of the door was missing an insulating doorstrip, that piece of rubber that usually fills the gap between the door and the floor - easily remedied with a rolled up used towel. A quiet night and comfortable and barely heard other guests. The bed was comfortable, the climate control was fast and responsive, and the room was overall comfortable and clean. The wifi and internet was fine and the television was decent and easy to figure out. The TV was set on a very dim setting and when called front desk, no one on staff to help remedy.I looked up the issue on youtube and easily resolved. Parking was free and ample, grounds felt safe and well-lit. The front desk attendant always welcomed me back when I returned from being out and there were really nice light refreshments in the lobby - coffee and tea in the morning as well as nice looking cookies and delicious fresh fruit infused ice water in the evening. Every staff member I came into contact with was friendly. The one serious inconvenience was the lack of room service available to me in the morning- I planned on saving time by having breakfast in my room before a long day. It was pretty disappointing as it cost me extra time to order and eat on the way out- however the dining/cook staff went above and beyond my accommodating my request for a breakfast sandwich to go. They seemed happy to set me up with a delicious breakfast sandwich within minutes. If in Cherry Hill/ Mt. Laurel, I would definitely stay again.
