Other than the annoyance of a broken ice machine and having to go to another floor to get ice, all around great experience and staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel was very lovely. I only stayed for 1 night but it was very comfortable and clean. The concierge Daniel was amazing, helpful and very welcoming. Our family enjoyed our stay. Would definitely revisit this hotel again! Pool and fitness center closed due to coronavirus. Only part that sucks, but we were there to visit the local waterpark anyway.

Staff was nice and pleasant. There were towels on the floor outside a room a few doors down when we arrived, they were still there the next morning when we were departing. Just didn’t look nice.

2nd time in a row i have stayed in a Hilton to find housekeeping pounding on doors at 830am. This practice is unacceptable and makes it impossible to sleep in. What is the point of noon checkout if im being woken 4 hours prior. This will definately impact my next hotel choice.

Breakfast service was slow and poor as hotel was understaffed because “people didn’t show up for their shifts” Unprepared for the number of guests staying. Were low on food and brought trays of thawing frozen baked items. Rooms had appeared as doubles but they were apparently unavailable as they hadn’t cleaned all rooms. They claimed it was a discrepancy in inventory showing online. Rooms were not thoroughly cleaned.

Nice hotel but pool was closed. Advertised a bar on premises; was only four stools and closed at 11 pm. Not my idea of a happening bar as was advertised. Not what I expected from Hilton. I expected better for the price.

I was slightly disappointed in the Hilton policies on utilizing travel points. We are Hilton diamond status rewards customers. My husband has basically lived in a Hilton hotel for the past 6 weeks on work travel. This trip was due to a family emergency, therefore we booked our entire trip thru Orbits for convenience in a rush. This location would not honor our rewards status, adding pricey breakfast meals charges to our trip. The duvet cover on our bed was stained and had a dirty appearance. We had to request more wash cloths daily, room accommodated four we checked in with four ppl and they only provided two. On our first day we had a bad odor from the floor drain in the bathroom due to housekeeping emptying their mop water and not rinsing it down. we also ran out of toilet paper and no additional roll was available in the room we had to wait on housekeeping

The hotel was really good. The staff was very friendly which made the stay even nicer. The only two minor complaint I have was the swimming pool water was freezing and the comforter sheet on our bed seemed to have one or two minor stains that appear were removed but left a little discoloration on the sheet.

I stayed in the room with 2 queen beds. The room & bathroom was very small. Furnishing was nice & bed was comfortable. The room was clean, but not to my standards. The hallways carpet need thorough vacuuming. The staff was very courteous & helpful. I will stay at this hotel again.

Very courteous staff. Good value near Philadelphia, PA (as per California resident standards) Like 20 to 25 min away and a $5 toll in between (but I guess that is normal for east coast drivers) other than that Hotel is comfortable and is worth the price.

Excellent service from front desk and wait staff. Housekeeping was fair. Didn't replace tissues and didn't clean coffee maker and the area around it.

I recently booked this hotel for a last minute getaway to get some peace and quiet. The staff was extremely friendly and the hotel room was extremely spacious (far exceeded my expectations). I couldn't have asked for a better room and better service. I won't hesitate to book this hotel again.

Not bad for the money - otherwise try out Aloft! Much more updated and newer!
