A . Awesome experience. Will definitely go back again.

Room ok Sliding bathroom door dangerous (pinched fingers). Building tired. Breakfast unappealing.

Nice hotel that is convenient to food and some shopping options. The only cons I had was the refrigerator in the room didn't seem cool and the bathtub could use some repairs. Otherwise it was a great stay overall.

Overall, my stay was great. My only complaint is that it took about 40 minutes to check in! I booked through Orbitz and received a confirmation email that SPECIFIED that it would not be necessary to call the hotel to confirm my booking however when I tried to check in to the hotel they had no information regarding my booking at all. In fact, had I not arrived when I did someone could have easily booked the room I specifically requested to accommodate 4 people because according to the hotel the room was vacant and available to book to anyone. Mark, the manager on duty was very calm and tried to contact Orbitz but Orbitz insisted I needed to call them and Mark and I basically played phone tag with Orbitz representatives for 30 minutes until it was decided that my info needed to be manually entered into the systems. The Orbitz kept referring to it as "making a deal" which sounded very sketchy. Check out was at 12 pm which is awesome if you had a late night prior. Breakfast has a variety and lasts until 10 am (or about 15 after for stragglers) which doesn't pressure me to wake up at 6 am for breakfast. Room was spacious and clean. Complimentary products were Neutrogena brand and they offer other toiletries at the front desk if necessary!

Good clean hotel near amenities. Nice pool. Includes breakfast

Comfy quiet clean environment. Friendly staff. Convenient location.

Overall experience was great ! Just no hot water. Bathroom sink did. But the shower water wasn't a slight inconvience. Besides that hotel staff was friendly. Room was very comfortable and clean

We stayed overnight on the way to the Catskills. The hotel was easy to get to and very nice.

I've stayed in multiple different hotels in the area because my company's HQ is in Mt. Laurel. This hotel has been the best of all of the ones I stayed in so far. Very modern, clean, and a friendly staff.

easy in easy out adequate stay check in was excellent

I reserved the room at Hampton Inn because it's Hampton Inn, expectation is it would be great. It wasn't! The room was cold, the water in the shower was lukewarm. Will never stay there again. In fact, I'll think twice about Hampton Inn again, no good at all.

I always like Hampton Inns and this one was as good as any other. The kids enjoyed the outdoor pool, which wasn't scary like some hotel pools. Breakfast was fine. The ac unit was pretty loud and kept going on and off all night and that was my only complaint. This was my 3rd stay here while traveling up and down the east coast.

go stay- right at price point. You can find a better breakfast but not a cleaner room

Our family travelled for a lacrosse tournament and stayed at the Hampton Inn overnight. We found the staff to be friendly and courteous, our room was impeccable and the breakfast buffet provided a nutritious start for our day at the fields. We will definitely stay here again next year.

Hotel is small and well located but the hotel was so distracted that I made a reservation online but they didn't noticed and charged me TWICE. You can think the pain to revert that... there are many other hotels on the area, is you are on a hurry this might be the solution but if you have time, check other options so you dont have to have extra headache!

The front desk was prepared and efficent and friendly. The hotel could be cleaner in the common areas and things were needing repair...ie...there was a piece of laminated tile taped down in the elevator with masking tape, it was grungy like it had been there awhile. For a non-smoking hotel the rooms smelled bad like old stale smoke. The bacon at breakfast was so cheap and fatty that you could not eat it (and trust me...I eat almost anything, especially bacon). It felt like they were doing everything on the cheap. It showed. [...]if I had paid more and had this experience I would not have been happy. On the flip side, the beds were comfortable and nice and the bathroom was clean. In room housekeeping clearly takes care.

LOVED the breakfast- was in town for one day, nice place to relax after meeting while the snow fell. Lot's to like. Great staff, easy location to find and this weekend when it snowed, they started plowing their parking lot right way- unlike the hotel (different company) I was stranded at by the Philly airport. Caution- some bathrooms are being remodelled (some noise)- did not like paying in full in advance, "forced" to stay there instead of heading to airport hotel ahead of storm. Also, tv was old and this Hampton Inn had Showtime instead of HBO.
