Rooms not cleaned or serviced 3 of 4 days. Staff unresponsive to complaints. Dirty rooms and NO HOT WATER TWO OF THE FOUR DAYS. No explanations but maybe I could move to another room and maybe the hot water would work there. I had two rooms and both had the same problem.
