Your TV guide didn't match any channels - you had an empty shampoo bottle in shower and by the time i realized it i was in the shower so i couldnt just call the front desk. Breakfast (hot) food was cold and i ate right when you opened so no excuses .. it just seemed you didn't care about the small stuff but it adds up to a big deal

We stayed in Room 407. Not good: laminate wooden floor was in poor, shabby condition. This made an immediate bad impression. One gap between boards could possibly cause injury. Shabby floor repair, blob of glue "squeezout" was just left on floor, not cleaned up. Inside surface of of bathroom door had areas of paint flaking off. Reminiscent of cheapest class of motel. When we arrived, only two towels in bathroom, no washcloths. Went to front desk to request more. Otherwise, room was quiet, shower water was hot, and beds were comfortable. Breakfast and front desk staff were very friendly. I thought quality/choices of breakfast buffet was "overhyped" in online reviews (one reason we chose this motel) compared to other motel buffets. Please correct shabby conditions of laminate floor in this room. It caused immediate regret of choice we made to stay at this Comfort Inn. With thanks for your attention, Mike Nobel 207-838-5631

Check-In was quick and easy. The room was very clean. My only complaint and it's minor is the automated coffee machine in the lobby was not available all night. We checked out very early and couldn't get a cup of coffee before we left. It's a machine that only brews one cup at a time so it wasn't as if anyone would have to make it. We'll definitely stay here again.
