We stayed in Room 407. Not good: laminate wooden floor was in poor, shabby condition. This made an immediate bad impression. One gap between boards could possibly cause injury. Shabby floor repair, blob of glue "squeezout" was just left on floor, not cleaned up. Inside surface of of bathroom door had areas of paint flaking off. Reminiscent of cheapest class of motel. When we arrived, only two towels in bathroom, no washcloths. Went to front desk to request more. Otherwise, room was quiet, shower water was hot, and beds were comfortable. Breakfast and front desk staff were very friendly. I thought quality/choices of breakfast buffet was "overhyped" in online reviews (one reason we chose this motel) compared to other motel buffets. Please correct shabby conditions of laminate floor in this room. It caused immediate regret of choice we made to stay at this Comfort Inn. With thanks for your attention, Mike Nobel 207-838-5631

The tub in our bathroom needed some cleaning and repair. Other than that it is a good value for the money. Comfortable bed in a large room. Friendly staff at the front desk and the breakfast room. The food was well prepared, kept full and properly temped. Our second time staying here. Convenient 15 minute trip into Philadelphia. Lots of local dining options in the area.

Sorry to be disappointed!

The outside look very nice, I have always stayed at Comfort Inns. Was disappointed when I got to the room, the first room they gave me the key wouldn’t work . When we first got in the room, it didn’t look like it was cleaned, I decided it was , but it was very dusty, the bathroom mirror had spots all over it, there was no chair in the room, just a desk chair , nothing comfortable, and we were staying for 4 nights. The conditioner was empty. Couldn’t find the do not disturb sign. No hair dryer in the room, no lotion, had a problem with room keys. No explanation of how the TV worked. Couldn’t see out the window they were all fogged up. Carpet in front of the door had a very big stain. Disappointed with over all cleaning of rooms. Noise from floor above very loud. A light by the door had a faulty switch, light flickering was afraid to use it. People staying there were very friendly. Their was a sign saying they would not be doing room service for anyone staying for three days and if we needed anything they would , they did change towels and empty trash.

Only needed the room to sleep in for a few hours, so it was fine for what we paid, but the condition of the room was pretty poor. The bed linens are noticeably worn, the bathtub paint is chipping away so much so that I couldn’t let my 2 young children in it, because they’d most likely be cut by the chipping pieces. Staff extremely friendly but definitely needs some TLC.
