We just stayed a night, but absentmindedly left a personal item behind in the room. Upon realizing it, I called back to check — Michelle and Lori found it, and went out of their way to have it packaged and mailed back to us, something I wouldn’t even expect some 5-star hotels to do. I was surprised at the cleanliness and nice decor of the room. Family oriented, I felt safe even though it is a motel. The only thing I felt needed improvement is the size of the dining area.

I paid for two rooms for them both to have mold in various places, and the AC units were practically falling out of the wall. there was exposed wires and a constant musty smell. The pictures online are ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like the hotel. i dont know how this place has an okay rating.

We arrived a couple hours after check in and rooms were not available. They said they were "short staffed". We had to wait for our room to be cleaned. When we got to the room, the bedding was unclean with brown marks that looked like make up, and sheets that were extremely wrinkled that it made you question if they were clean. One comforter had a major hole in it and the sheet tag was showing at the top of the bed when it should be at the bottom. Thankfully, the attendent gave us another room. It was much nicer, very clean and no complaints. The staff was very accomodating.

I was asked to move rooms to accomodate a family that required 2 rooms linked together. It was not pleasant to move all our belongings, but management provided several extra hours for late check out as a thank you.

Owner refused to check in guests that waited and waited to get into their rooms. She was in the back in the phone which was on speaker phone. No one started checking guests in until 20 minutes after check in time. Not very organized. Owner said when person came back from lunch we’d be checked in. Who goes to lunch during check in time? One towel short in room and never brought after being requested.

Our stay wasn’t the worst stay I’ve had, but it is by far the worst Best Western I’ve stayed at. The air conditioning did not work and I was hot all night and couldn’t sleep. The bathroom was missing body wash and the tub was sandy from the previous guests. I would definitely stay somewhere else if you can afford it.
