Good solution for a short stay in Morro Bay. Large room very clean and a balcony on the ocean.

Everything was easy and up to expectations. Great view of the bay and quiet spot near the end of the Embarcadero

The view from our room was so beautiful. Loved the quietness of the area. Plan on staying again in the near future 😊

Property is aging but location is great.

Was expensive for what it was but great location and staff and SLO graduation weekend so all hotels are overpriced in area

Lovely & laid back yet comfortable with upgraded touches to the rooms. A definite step above your usual seaside stay in this price point.

Needs new thermostats and better towels in the rooms

Good location- unit was clean- staff was friendly and helpful Negative - spa not working- their was a plumbing back up

Great staff, great location, clean rooms. Thank you

The location and convenience

The room description (Superior 2 queen beds) was definitely not a true description of my experience. Nothing superior about my stay here other than it's location to food and shopping options along embarcadero. I arrived to check in tired with 2 kids that needed to use the bathroom. I waited in the lobby for about 10 yelling "hello" before someone finally showed up. I grabbed a cup of coffee from the lobby after checking in and headed to my room. The coffee was cold. The room was ok but not the $350 a night room I was expecting. The view of the bay was the only positive thing. The beds were uncomfortable and blankets paper thin. Found hair in the shower and towels were so small and cheap. Again, not $350 a night quality. At check in I was asked if I wanted daily housekeeping. I said sure. After a long day out we returned to the room in the same condition we left it. No housekeeping. No a huge issue but definitely not the housekeeping we were told would take place. We wanted to like the place. Overall experience was fair but again the price for what you get was horrible. I was also charged an extra $80 a night for "extra guest fee"! Seriously! I reserved a room that sleeps 4 that included 2 queen beds. We were a group of 2 adults and 2 kids. What on earth is the "extra guest fee" all about? A room of this condition for over $400 a night is a joke. Do some serious research before booking here.

Great location. Bed is super comfy. Large bathroom.

I liked the little balcony and that it was right across the street from the bay. Right on embarcadero

The property was fairly nice and we were on the third floor so we had decent views of the south harbor. However services were lacking and I feel like the property was way over priced. It was worth about half of what I paid.
