The place is very clean, newly renovated. Just off the highway 101. It looks like the room is sound proof, very quiet. Breakfast is good too. I will absolutely come back.

The hotel offered pet stays but did not list the charge or that there was a charge. On arrival they charged us $75 for a well behaved pet. OUTRAGEOUS

Staff was helpful and courteous. Breakfast options were plentiful and well stocked. Our room wasn't refreshed the last 4 days of our 6 day stay. Every other day for stays 3 days or longer was listed on paperwork and applicant in bathroom. One of the lights in the bathroom would go out right after turning on.

I booked a room with two beds. Without my authorization, they moved us to a room with one-bed and a terrible pull out sofa bed. The sofa bed would not even go completely flat and the mattress felt like a sponge. I complained with the staff about each of the issues and they just said they couldn't help. Also, when I got there, they told me there was a $75 pet fee, which is not stated during the reservation process. I would not have made this reservation if I would have known it was really only one bed or that the price would have been so high.
