The property next to this hotel use to be a motel now it appears to be a possible homeless camp. They walk through the parking lot of the Hampton hotel checking car doors and I didn’t see any onsite outside security stoping this. Our room had no hot water, when the staff was informed they told us to run the water for a long time and turn the handle up and down this way and that way but nothing worked. The shower had mold. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. Our room was only serviced once on a 5 night stay even though servicing is supposed to be every other day. I had stayed at this property before and everything was acceptable but it has turned for the worse. Will not be staying here in future visits.
Room was very good - but expensive because I couldn't use my Hilton Honors booking online. We arrived and found the Pool, spa, and fitness center were all down due to remodeling. Remodel work was noisy. Not mentioned when booking - nothing refunded. We were given chocolates and earplugs for the inconvenience.

When we booked - we were not advised nor was there any info about the pool being closed. If we knew we would have stayed elsewhere. Hotel has just continued to degrade in quality each time we stay here.
