Just $75 /day is ok, COVID-19 all the service shut down, It’s difficult to compare,Reservation have a free breakfast but for COVID-19 they don’t have.
Initially, when we checked into the Hilton, we were not given the room we had reserved and paid for. We reserved a 2 queen room and were checked into a single king room. It was a very busy time at the front desk, and we were told that there wasn’t a room available with 2 queens for that night. Thankfully my traveling companion and I have a sense of humor and we were ok with the arrangement. The next morning as I walked past the front desk, the GM Debbie Gudmundson called to me and said they would have a 2 queen room ready for us to move into around noon. I found the front desk staff as well as the dining room staff to be friendly and professional.
When we arrived at the hotel, they didn't have our room. They said they oversold :-( Gave us 2 different rooms, so our minor son had to stay by himself overnight, and we had to move to a different room (with 2 beds) next day. Breakfast was OK, somewhat limited.
I needed 2 beds. They had 2 beds. It was all good, baby!
I got the bed that was so unpleasant to sleep. I felt like I’m sinking (sleep drowning). The pillow was so soft that could not support my neck and head. I did not slept well during my stay. I hope that Hilton garden will have to review their beds to meet the comfort of their guest.
Nice hotel. Clean. Only con is there’s one elevator. So u would have have to go in the lobby. Take the elevator then walk down the hall to your room or to make it easier just use the stairs.
Location is good since you’re surrounded with stores and restaurants. The layout of the hotel is a bit odd to me. I was on the first floor but I can enter from another side, which is fine since it’s closer. What was weird was we saw a random lady that did not look like someone staying at hotel, going through the door behind another couple. It didn’t feel safe for a second there. If you’re staying for one night, I think their price is reasonable. My biggest complaint is the bathroom has no ventilation and the room is pretty small.
None ok fine just aquick stay just hope for the price breakfast is included
Good services and so comfortable and convenes , this is first time to book Hilton Garden Inn The Bed so comfortable .
My experience was ok. I was bit disappointed with the front desk people.it took us around an hour to check in. The first room given to us had no view at all , second room offered had AC malfunction after trouble shooting for a while we were later offered the third room. The front desk guys didnt seemed to be very professional.
Everything was nice about this hotel. Room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Front desk staff was friendly.
Except with the refrigerator that does' nt work, everything is fine all close to highways, restaurants and shopping mall.
Nice room but the carpet in my room feels a bit wet when stepped on with bare feet. Excellent service staff!
Everything was great until we needed guest services to answer our call for more towels and amenities. When I finally got someone to pick up the phone they said they'd send someone but nobody ever showed up. I had to call again the next day.
We were humuliately treated the last 2 days of our stay. We had made a serious compliant through Hilton customer service system. I don't repeat here again.
the staffs and room is great for us stay on the weekend during summer
The hotel met my expectations, but te customer service needs to be improved. I booked online a room with the bathtub, and when I got there I asked if I'll get this room (because previously I have read reviews about this hotel saying that u don't get the room you ask), but the front desk guy answered that he doesn't know, probably. It was weird for me. The room was clean, which made me feel more comfortable.
