The bed was comfortable. I asked for a wake up call. Did NOT happen, this ment I was late to my appointment. No ice, had to get some delivered. Parking spaces where full of piles of dirt, gravel

Clean rooms this place is like new inside. Was very surprised

The whole place was poor from the rooms to the outside - looked dangerous and used junk yard on the outside!

This hotel was awful. The building looks and feels old and dirty. The word "trashy" came to mind. It is in need of a major renovation. The parking lot is tiny and it is hard to find a decent parking spot. It is in a nice location just off the 680 though. The inside was bad as well. The rooms are small. The beds are small (did not feel like a queen size). It did not have a clean feeling to it at all. Our bedding had stains on it. Towels had stains. I asked for extra pillows and received couch pillows. You can see a lot of light coming through the door cracks when it's dark. My wife asked for extra towels and they said there was a limit on how much she could have per day (it was her first time asking). Staff in general was just busy with no time to be friendly. This type of place seems to attract a certain type. There were people smoking and drinking in the parking lot until about 3 in the morning. "Continental breakfast" was weak. It consisted of corn flakes/cheerios, toast, and cheap packaged sweet rolls from a grocery store. It was relatively inexpensive when compared to other hotels, but it really was a horrible place to stay.

The door on the freezer in the refrigerator had broken hinges, and wouldn't close, so it buzzed against the outer door. I paid extra to get this hotel because it advertised breakfast. It turned out to be a continental breakfast on the skimpy side. Had I known, I would have gotten a cheaper hotel and ate breakfast elsewhere. The tub looked awful.
