Rooms are filthy with ants crawling on bedsheets, room cleaning didn’t happen when I returned at 4PM - I couldn’t sleep another night and simply left to another hotel that’s clean.
Property is really nice. Just wish the bar had more food options.
I liked the staff miesha. She was very nice and helpful. I did not like that they clean every 3 days. It should be cleaned everyday.

The property is like brand new,updated,nice design but the materials inside are cheap,low quality,the wood floors inside the room make you white Sox turn brown,and the carpet in the hallway are cheap but for the price that I paid i can’t complaint,love the area(city play) walking distance from the hotel

I love this hotel! the design is super chic, the room is very comfortable, the bathroom is modern and has a mirror that I enjoyed This hotel is located walking distance no more than 5 minutes to restaurants and bars.
+ Good location (near restaurants, airport, main highways, malls) + Excellent hotel condition + Friendly staff + Big room, big tv, great A/C, good WiFi - Lights are so bright (maybe they can include low intensity light in bathrooms) - They don’t have laundry facilities (coin or similar)
The property overcharged me and took pictures of my toilets while I was in the room. The staff was unprofessional and targeting me. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

I didn’t like that the floors was dirty and when you get out the shower and walk around your bottom of your feet be Filthy. Also I don’t like how you don’t have the option to park your own car and have to pay for valet.
