we arrived to the hotel and got upstairs to our room and our key wasn’t working… we walked up and down the stairs from the 3rd floor (elevator was broke) they kept giving us keys that didn’t work so they moved us to another room and told us maintenance was gonna fix our door the next day.. the room they moved us in smelled like mildew when we walked in, the ceilings were leaking and it was so humid in there

Room was clean and nice. The elevator was broke so trying to lug all our luggage up 4 flights of stairs was ridiculous, we ended up just getting our clothes out of the car each day instead of taking the luggage up, girls pack heavy ! The restaurant was not good and very pricey for food and drinks. We just had a 1 night stay but would look into other options if would have been longer

The staff was very nice, especially Norma! The pool and food on property were great and I loved the thought put into the 50s Havana Theme. It’s an older hotel that’s been renovated and they keep it clean. I would definitely stay again!

We stayed here one night. We could not get change to use the laundry facilities. Thinks the first place I have ever stayed at that didn’t provide coffee at all. It was pretty dirty and run down everywhere. I tripped on a tile that came all the way loose on the pool deck. There wasn’t supposed to be any smoking but there was a dirty ashtray on our balcony and smoke Billowing in from The back where people smoked right at the entrance. I will not stay here ever again and wouldn’t recommend it to a bum on the street. This place is subpar.

The place is ok, I had trouble with the hotel room key, I had to go back to the lobby to get a new key and I was stuck on the elevator it’s old and it moves really slow. The room floor was a little dirty but we where tired and had a baby, we ended up staying.

Property was decent, we all know the saying, you get what you pay for. Our balcony had a severe wet spot that I slipped on a few times. The floor could use more TLC when cleaning, my wife's white socks were pretty dirty by day 2 of our trip. Took about 4 hours to get some clean washcloths because there was only one in the bathroom. View was nice. Bedding and bathroom was clean.
