Staff was not helpful when I commented that nothing worked in the room. I couldn't order room service, keys kept not working so I had to have them recharged twice a day. I was charged extra fees upon arrival I was not warned about and it wasn't a small fee either.

The room was nice and clean my only complaint is 150 deposit when according to Expedia I was expected to pay $20 resort fee I was charged a $170 at check-in with no explanation next time I will book directly with the establishment. Also it sucks they don’t let you order room service if there is an event going on at the restaurant since there are no dining options nearby you have to use Ubereats, DoorDash , etc

Apparently no elevator and the rooms were pretty shabby, dirty. Ours smelled like someone had been smoking in it and the shower clogs immediately so you are ajowering with about 10 inches of water. The sheets made us all itchy.

It is a very old Motel here in Miami Beach. It was recently freshened up (Paint, flooring...), but the AC system is out of time and blowing mold in the room! Some of the staff are welcoming, others are not...

The hotel was good, the staff was good. The pictures on the website and Google look waaaaaaaaaay better of what it looks like in real life but that's ok too. You are getting what you are paying for plus a really nice view. We got a room in the fifth floor on the "old building", the view was amazing. The elevator was not working,but we don't care that much going up through stairs. The only concern is that they have two parking lots but the one that we are allowed to use is too far away of the building (like we have to go around on the outside of the hotel to get there, or go through the pool or restaurant, which you can only do if you are coming back early) and what turned out 5 stars into 3 is that the card key deactivated, so after going up all those floors with luggage, we had to go down again because the card was not working and going up again. Once again, we don't care about stairs, but my husband is clearly overweight. If an elevator is not working staff should let you know ahead or offer help with luggages or something. We were good, but some people suffer health condition or cannot carry luggages for long walks plus 5 floors.
