When I checked in the form working was so sweet I have a broken foot and I am in a cast they were very accommodating and I got an Ada room. I will return and also refer to others

Generally speaking this is a very nice hotel. The front desk people could be more prepared for multiple check-in's. The bathrooms are very small considering the size of the rooms. The pool area is lovely. Plenty of parking. I will stay there again.

Elevators need some work, some of them really had a bad smell.

Great time, saw a ball game, tasted some wine, and had an up close view of Alcatraz.

Always so friendly and Everything is an option. Smart and efficient staff and very good breakfast.

Love that hotel. Convenient location to where I was working

The hotel is fully upgraded with a very pleasing and cool decor. The locaiton is perfect. Unfortunately, this is great venir put on weak bones. The hotel is very acoustic - you will hear everything in the hallwasy and plenty from the adjacent floors. At the end, a goo dplace to stay, but know what you are signing for...

The Front desk staff was amazing , The lobby and pool was amazing . The rooms needed to be cleaner for what the price is. There were dead spiders and spider webs all over the room. The ceiling was cracked and gross looking . Was very disappointed . We had to change rooms .

Stayed overnight, prepaid, when spouse in hospital nearby. Checked in during slow time hoping to get back to hospital in 15 mins or so; however, front desk staff (plus, the following a.m., their superv.) unable, it seems, to handle a routine problem with the key to my room. Ended up standing around the hallway (not easy when you're disabled) waiting for help & then being badly delayed due to staff's "Clown Alley" approach. They: 1) tried unsuccessfully to get a key to work in order to get me into my original room 2) gave that up & gave me the key to another--occupied!!--room. (Sure made me feel good about security there!) and finally 3) managed to get me into a 3rd room...oh yeah, they never said "Sorry 'bout all that..." 4) Nor, even after I spoke both to the Front Desk staffers that evening and, early the next a.m., to their Superv. to request that the hotel's manager contact me, did anyone bother to do so.

Had a lovely time. Check in was easy and the pool and whirlpool were clean and easily accessible. Bed was very comfy, restaurant/bar was nice. We'd stay again. Easy access to town. Complementary breakfast is not for all guests, however $150.00 a night should get breakfast, just sayin' but this wouldn't stop me from returning.

The staff was great and friendly. Eager to accommodate and very attentive. Cleaning folks very nice. No secret this is a bit dated venue, but the facility and housekeeping staff makes this a very enjoyable stay. Above all...keep the guest coffee, daily bottled water, USA Today and WSJ! It means a lot and we do remember, especially when it is in the 90's! Thanks,

Staff very unfriendly Hotel smell like chicken Staff unfriendly at the bar Pool not open until 8 am

This was a fine place to stay. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. They were in the process of construction so there were a couple of walk-arounds, but that didn't detract from experience.

great place to stay. Many upgrades. They are remodeling and gave us a free breakfast upgrade.

Located across a shopping center and gas station. Aminoties are good and free Breakfast now.

The heating/cooling unit in the room was non-responsive.

The hotel is conveniently located, overlooking the San Rafael Mountains, with easy access to highway 101. The nice restaurant and great breakfast.

Nice, clean hotel. Value is much better than SF hotels. Plus you don't have to worry about parking in the city. It's not so far away, so it can be used to go in to the city.

While the lobby area has been nicely updgraded, the rest of the hotel and rooms is in need of a refresh.

The staff was more than accommodating. The bed was very comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer.
