The first room we went to smelled AWEFUL! It smelled of recently smoked cigarettes, which I thought is supposed to be a "SMOKE FREE" room and facility. It was not. When we asked for a second room, it smelled of old stale food mixed with stale cigarette smoke. We stayed in this one as a disappointing compromise since we were tired and were only staying one night. Not an enjoyable experience.

Non-smoking room was definitely a smoking room. The staff were extremely helpful.

On the Orbitz hotel website, it was mentioned breakfast included in the amenities. Hotel did not provide any breakfast, no daily room cleaning service. It was information posted when I booked the hotel on the Orbitz website, and I paid higher price for no service mentioned in the amenities.They should have updated the service that the hotel providing. Waste of money for customer.

I stayed for an overnight business trip. The safety measures for dealing with Covid-19 were good. The "cupboards" are bare, so if you need a coffee maker, which I did, and anything you need, except for towels, etc., you have to ask for at the desk. Which I think was a good idea. Only downside is no coffee in the lobby.

Excessive dust on high surface areas like top of refrigerator and other furniture. Furniture in disrepair due to use loose leg fittings on table. Towels were terrible for use. They were not plush and very rough. Amenities were dated. Ceiling smoke detector flashed impacting sleep. This was a old smoke detector. Staff were not always available at desk. Heating system old and loud when operating. Also allowed for transmission of noise from outside into room. Overall facility was in moderate to poor condition. Business management not reinvesting in facility with fantastic location. It almost seemed like a dormitory setting with high noise transmission from surrounding room environment.

The location convenient and the price was adequate

Close to LU, are rm was not cleaned properly. Toothpaste on the mirror,dirt wash cloth left in the bathroom, tub did not drain, no soap, shampoo, or toilet paper in the bathroom.

Love the convenience of being able to walk to Liberty campus. The staff was super friendly and helpful Our room did not seem the cleanest. Around the toilet bowl you could see residual of orine and the bed cover was all stain below the sheets. Some Towels very yellowish in color

I liked the closeness to the major roads. I didn't like the overall hotel. They don't make your bed or give you fresh towel if you are staying less than 7 nights. So if I stay six nights the room never gets clean and you don't get any fresh towels or washcloths. Our unit had a small kitchen area but then nothing in the cabinets, no pots, pans, glasses, utensils or anything to make use of the kitchen. No decent complimentary breakfast for the amount paid it was very disappointing overall.

They charged 1500.00 just becsuse it was graduation weekend (2Days) and the room amd hotel was disgusting...

Reserved and paid for a queen bed was put in a full size bed. Bathroom shower had hair in it and on the walls. Bathroom floor was dirty as well.

Stayed one night and it was fine. Did not like that the quick grab breakfast items did not offer anything gluten free for a child.

It was better than I anticipated. Very easy in and out, close to everything I needed.

I was originally supposed to stay 3 days here. We were moving my daughter into college. Nice size room, very comfortable. Great little kitchen to cook in. The tub and shower curtain had some staining but no big deal to us. We were very happy with the room. The staff were great!! I ended up having to stay another full week because I could not get a flight back to Houston. I was overwhelmed and anxious about getting back. They took good care of me and the rates for the stay. They showed compassion when I needed it most. We will definitely stay there again. Big Thank you to all the staff there!!!!

I like the fact that this hotel is very close to the university. A very few employes were friendlly. Found bugs in the bathroom, no ice machine or snacks.
