I was originally supposed to stay 3 days here. We were moving my daughter into college. Nice size room, very comfortable. Great little kitchen to cook in. The tub and shower curtain had some staining but no big deal to us. We were very happy with the room. The staff were great!! I ended up having to stay another full week because I could not get a flight back to Houston. I was overwhelmed and anxious about getting back. They took good care of me and the rates for the stay. They showed compassion when I needed it most. We will definitely stay there again. Big Thank you to all the staff there!!!!

I like the fact that this hotel is very close to the university. A very few employes were friendlly. Found bugs in the bathroom, no ice machine or snacks.

The room was very spacious with a full kitchen, but no dishes or utensils or coffee pot. There was a card that said they were available upon request. There was no hair dryer, but I did ask for one at the desk and was given one. That was just kind of weird I thought. I had one queen bed and there were two places to sit at a desk and also a nice chair. I'm assuming the one table was to eat on, but it had an ergonomic chair with it, so it seemed like a desk. The bathroom was nice with the full counter, which I like. There is no room service each day you stay until AFTER you stay a full week. Breakfast was grab-and-go...LITERALLY. Coffee, muffins, oatmeal in a packet and granola bars; no tables and no milk or juice. The comforter had something sticky on it, so apparently they aren't changed when the bed is cleaned. Couldn't find any ice machines, but there were two little ice trays in the freezer. Walls are thin because even though I had a small fan to block out noise, I could still hear someone snoring. It wasn't bad because you get what you pay for so it was pretty cheap.

Stayed here for three nights while doing work for the university. Sufficed, but only because I only slept there. Breakfast is "grab and go" coffee, muffins, and granola bars. Only slow internet is free - fast is a surcharge. Have to request everything at desk - hairdryer, cups, mugs, utensils. Nothing provided initially in room.

Very nice folks at check in and check out. Rooms are set up as a home away from home. All I needed was a bed for the night and a shower in the morning. Extended Stay met all my needs and I slept without interruption.

Great location to Liberty U. Lots of restaurants, Target, the mall, you name it. Hotel itself was nicely painted, seems to be renovated since the last time I stayed here (has been 2 years). My only complaint is that it was a great day and the windows only open 3 inches.

The rooms have a kitchenette, but there are no dishes or utensils unless you ask for them.

My room smelled like fish; the receptionist was clearly not glad to see me and never looked me in the eye. I asked for an extra shampoo, but was told they didn't have any; the rooms are not cleaned. disappointing!

Ideal location because we were attending an event at Liberty University - practically on campus. You get a room with a real kitchenette. It would be a stretch to call it a suite. Clean, adequate. Absolutely no amenities of any kind other than coffee and a granola bar in the morning. OK place as long as you don't plan on spending much time in your room.

The hotel was close to where I needed to go the room was comfortable and the staff was very helpful

The hotel has a great location. It was nices and the pront desk is really cool

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean and the staff was nice!

The staff was friendly, but the room was so heavily filled with smoke. I had requested a smoke-free room, but upon arrival it was not available. Elevator was dirty. Everything else was average. It was way too expensive for the condition the hotel was in.

This is the perfect place to stay for me when I have to visit school at Liberty. Will stay at again!

First let me start off and say thank you! Especially to Shawn who was a great help. I was able to get a last minute booking and an early check in. I had originally booked with another hotel that couldn't fit me in and I was able to call extended stay last minute and helped me as much as possible thanks so much! I will be back soon

Extended Stay America is in a good location for easy access Liberty University activities.

Staff was very nice. Very basic but a good location and price for Liberty events

Very comfortable bed, quiet inside but lots of road noise, next time I would like to be on the opposite side of building. The room was clean and the price was great. Staff was pleasant and very accommodating.

hotel is in a great location but very few amenities and my room was not that clean

It was prefect so convenient to Liberty and the kitchen was a nice addition

Lena, thank you for taking the time to evaluate your stay with us. We are pleased you had an overall nice stay and liked our location. However, we are sorry for the cleanliness issues in your bathroom and have shared your comments with my housekeeping team to take immediate actions. As we have fully equipped kitchens with full-size refrigerator/freezer which includes ice trays for your convenience. Therefore we do not have ice machines on our property. We hope to see you again when you return to the area. Sincerely, General Manager
