Horrible hotel and location! The air conditioner either does not work or is loud and blows in the head. There is nothing around that location and the hotel has very little to offer

The check-in process was satisfactory, though the reception staff could have been more welcoming. The common areas are in need of some updates. However, the room itself was charmingly renovated, and the bathroom was a standout feature with impressively hot water, which I appreciated. The bed was quite comfortable, and the view was pleasant, offering a glimpse of the water, although there wasn't much activity outside. The blackout curtains were effective in keeping the room dark during the day, allowing me to enjoy uninterrupted sleep. Unfortunately, I did notice some mold on the ceiling. I also left my shoes behind at the hotel, but despite two days of trying to reach housekeeping, I was unable to get through.

I had opted to splurge due to my recent engagement for the presidential suite. The room did not disappoint when it came to the size and spectacular views. However, when it came to in room amenities and the overall cleanliness of the room it left a lot to be desired. (Even it were just a small bottle of bubble bath next to the beautiful tub. That would have gone a long way!) When you see or hear the words “Presidential Suite”, it gives you a different feeling than what the room was able to offer. The hotel itself was lovely and the views in the room were something beyond what I could have imagined.

Discovered the morning of my checkout the comforter had something what looked like mold or something built up inside of the comforter all over in the color brown. I only noticed because I slept with the windows uncovered from the drape. Was completely unsanitary and disgusting to even be underneath with even clothes on.
