My room had a smell of mold and I needed to be transferred. The lobby needs a facelift - the entry is dated, not inviting or appealing.

Nice area near water. Staff is great with pleasant & professional personalities that made you feel welcomed and cared for. We'll stay ghere again.

Overall a lovely stay. Comfortable room and amenities.

The rooms look unfinished holes in the wall. Paint on the carpet along with an unfinished paint job. Also the roof top on Saturday they charge $20 for amenity I paid for at $200 a night…. Used to like this place now I’m not so sure for the price they charge

Was a really nice place, with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. They were having pool parties Fri and Sat night that I was there, and that was cool. Only part that was inconvenient about that was sometimes there was a wait for the elevators ("rooftop" pool on second floor) and the stairs are for emergency only and somehow only go down? I don't think they know how staris work...

My room was near the pool on the 2nd fl. there was a pvt. party so guests had to share the pool with outsiders. I was told upon registering that there was a $300 fee for smoking. Meanwhile there was a half smoked cigarette laying on the counter as she checked me in...the room was spacious but the mattress wasn't comfortable!

The pool was either not available due to a private party one night and not at all kid friendly the next day. If you are on the second floor the pool party will keep you awake until late night.

Towel shortage, room was ok but needs major updates.

Marina views are awesome! Very convenient (walkable) to downtown activities. Close to highways. No pool available to guests during events or club hours. No restaurant in hotel, just bar or club options. Club music doesn't shut down until 11 pm. Would not recommend for children unless swimming elsewhere (ie: drive to beach, etc.) and noise is past bedtime hours. Park, museum, art, IMAX theater, restaurants/bakeries, shops are nearby.

The property was beautiful. The view of the marina was amazing. The rooms were clean. The staff was extremely nice. Many restaraunts within walking distance which is always nice. One downfall was that the live music was extremely loud, luckily I was on an upper floor where we were not bothered as much. I did not care for the large amount of non-guest foot traffic going to the 2nd floor for the live music. We would book here again!

Quiet room other than when doors are slammed. Woke me up way too early in the morning to see if I had gone. not happy about that at all. Elevators are extremely slow.

Very nice.

The view from our room was spectacular. We wish breakfast had been better - ingredients were good but the bacon had gone limp. Staff was very helpful, especially when I had to return to our room after check out to retrieve a forgotten sweater.

The elevators in the hotel didn’t work for the entire stay. The bathroom door didn’t lock at all. It’s a barnyard door.

The band playing outside was nice touch.
