Terrible stay. Was fine the first couple hours but after that it was this knocking noise that wouldn’t stop and I reported it to the auditor and they heard it and said there’s nothing she can do. Called next day like she told me to and the manager refused to talk to me and told customer support I didn’t check out until almost 1 o clock which is a lie since checkout is 11 smh and I told them to check the cameras of the time I told them when I left. Manager did not help now taking it up with corporate.

Decent stay

I had a very good stay for the most part. The only thing that I had an issue with is that I had no hot water at the sink for whatever reason. Staff were great and very welcoming.
