This is definitely a cool hotel. It's a neat concept on fun. The staff is extremely nice and welcoming. Loved my stay

I booked a double queen room 2 weeks in advance for the weekend of Christmas. (I also paid in advance) upon arrival the manger explains that there’s no other double queen rooms available and that she could move me to a king handicap room. Being that it’s 1am in the morning I accepted this and proceeded to go to my room. Shortly after waking up about 8am I noticed that this room was very hot and sticky. I called down to report that the ac doesn’t work in this room. The receptionist asked me why didn’t I report it last night? I explained to her that I checked in at 1am and didn’t realize that there was an issue untill a few hours later. She basically told me to do what’s best for me. She also stated that she would have the manager give me call to fix this issue it’s been a full 24 hours and I haven’t received a call. The filter needed to be changed according to the thermostat I will never stay here again at all the experience was not one to remember

Very friendly. Beautiful hotel. Great location. So many restaurants and places for shopping, movies etc. Next time I come to Chesapeake, I’m booking here.
The property is unique in the sense of it's modern vibe. I would recommend changing the bed padding, mattress toppers as they were filled with hairs. The rooms seemed outdated and carpet and floors not clean.

Location was great for my meetings. I probably won’t visit another Aloft hotel. This is my second time staying at this hotel (first time was a few years ago in another state). And unfortunately I was disappointed again.

The staff were so nice and accommodating .We had our dog CC with us and they treated her so well.We all felt so welcome .The room was clean and the bed was great. The tv was a good size and we loved the fact we could watch Netflix. And Hulu
Consistently great service & accommodations everywhere I stay with aloft, no surprise in Chesapeake.
Very nice staff, awesome room. Minor complaint is the shower had a gap in the door and water was all over the place. Tear in the blinds had light coming in. All in all I would highly recommend this place. Nearby restaurants and easy access to the interstate
