I liked the cleanliness.
Terrible parking, valet unavailable, floor in my room were dirty, pillow had stain on it, walls were thin so i could hear others in their room
They don’t clean the rooms they put me in two rooms and offered another all over them was dirty I couldn’t understand why they made the beds with dirty sheets like it was all kids of stuff on them room haven’t been dusted in so long counters had old food stuck on them and the worst part is they get an attitude when you want a clean room and management is horrible very rude they only good thing about that place is one housekeeper Moises he’s the best had no problem cleaning the room over and went above and beyond I hope he remove himself from that place other than that it’s a waste of money

I loved the ocean views and falling asleep to the sound of the waves. Front desk was very helpful, kind and courteous!
I feel it is one of the nicest hotels/resorts along the boardwalk. The indoor and outdoor pools were great for when the beach felt like a lot of work (with two toddlers).
The property is nice, clean. 2 elevators are not enough during the morning and evening rush hour. The staff is friendly, very helpful and responsive.
The suite was beautiful and spacious. The pool and the sun lounge were perfect!
We paid over $700/night to stay there, and there was no valet. You had to park 2 blocks away in a parking garage where our parking card didn’t work. The worst part was the house keeping. I called to have our room cleaned, and they said that would be a $69 additional charge. I was shocked when paying over $700/night it didn’t include room cleaning. We used the same towels for 3 days.
