The area to pull up to the lobby to unload your car is not only extremely tight, but there is not enough valet staff to accommodate, which means you have to sit there forever because you can’t park until you get the pass at check-in- and there was only one person available at check-in and the line was extremely long. When we finally got to our room, we were extremely disappointed because we had reserved an ocean view room when in fact, we stared at buildings and a parking lot. The only way to have some glimpse of the ocean was to go outside onto the balcony - that can only be accessed through the separate bedroom. Once you do that, you must stand, lean over the railing, and turn your head left. I dare say that counts as an ocean view.
There were no comforters - only a VERY thin blanket on the bed.
The parking garage is down the street and around the corner, which is extremely inconvenient, and that’s putting it mildly.
