The location was perfect
We have stayed at Hampton Inns for years. Disappointed in our room. The toilet kept getting stuck and you couldn’t flush it. They did come quickly to fix it. The day we left it was broke again. An issue with the shower curtain. Issue with the shower. The staff was very polite and friendly.

Clean, easy check in, beautiful view of the ocean, right on the boardwalk, staff were accommodating and friendly. I will be back:)
Hotel location is excellent. However, I have stayed in many Hampton Inns and this one was a disappointment. The place is unkept and dirty. Room had blqck stained on the ceiling and walls, maybe mold? Towels were stained with makeup, shower wall was broken, everything was kind of dirty. But we got a great view to see the sunrise and the staff was very friendly. Also, I was looking for a hotel with pool but once I got there it was closed do to coronavirus. If it wasnt because it was dirty, I would say it was a good place but I paid about $350 in total for one night and had higher expectations for that cost.
Love the location. Loved the oceanfront balcony. I was disappointed that the restaurant was closed for renovations but understand that it’s the off season. Loved the free breakfast.
Perfect location being right on the boardwalk. A lovely place to stay.
Parking garage was tight and a hazard. Corridors needed new carpets. The rooms were clean, well attended, and spacious. Beautiful ocean view!
Clean, good views of the ocean, nice terrace, great breakfasts but indoor pool and gym was small with no hot tub.

View was perfect! Right on the Boardwalk. Breakfast was delicious and different every day that we were there (Stayed 3 nights).
Great location Breakfast was free but bland. Our room was roomy just like my desire. Cable channel kept going out....and stayed back out for hours.
TV in room wasn’t working Called front desk 3 times. Two times pull on hold FORVER 3rd time no answer. Toilet kept running unable to flush half the time
