The view was nice, decent size for 4 people, and our room, parking, and breakfast areas were all in convenient areas relative to each other. I will say though, one of the conditioner bottles mounted on the wall came crashing down in the middle of the night and there was a roach that came for a short visit one night as well. Also the indoor pool was being renovated while it was too cold to enjoy the outdoor pool. I think we'll check back towards mid-summer and that's be the 5 star stay. For now, 4 stars--good job Hampton Inn.

Great location. We stayed on the 10th floor and the view was amazing. Sitting outside on the balcony and watching the dolphins and boats were a favorite pastime. The hotel will be much improved once the amenities are available. We weren’t able to use the pool, gym or laundry area. Still a nice place to stay. The parking in pretty difficult to maneuver and could definitely use some mirrors to help see around the corners. Breakfast was good with a really decent variety and staff was friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed our 2 night stay. Great view of the ocean. Only wish the construction was over - the parking situation (although free) is absolutely terrible! If you have an suv good luck pulling in or getting out the parking deck. However, would I come back, absolutely! Hotel was clean and room was comfortable.

Very clean, good breakfast. Great ocean view. We booked our room for 4 days but on our second day they deactivate our room keys, do not know WHY? But they fix the problem immediately. Newly renovated and spacious room.

Great staff and room was clean. Only downside was the elevator was super slow. One was down, elevator tech was there to fix it and then the operable one stopped working. Thankfully the technician was on the elevator with is when it stopped working.Also, due to renovations the pool.and gym were closed. I dont recall that being disclosed when the room was booked. Those were two things I needed while on vacation.

One elevator was out the entire stay. They only have 2 elevators, which is not enough when at capacity. We were constantly asking for toilet paper and trash bags, and were only given one at a time. We had to go to front desk to get them, because no one would bring them to the room. Stairs were not an option. Secondly, when I asked for a discount, I was told it was not possible because I booked with Expedia.So if you book through Expedia you have no rights? I have used them at other hotels and was not told this. No more Hampton Inns.
