Had an Oceanfront room which was great. We stayed 3 nights and the cleaning staff only cleaned once. Ran out of coffee in our room as well. We also had a problem with black flies in our room. All in all it was ok. Breakfast was a hit with my husband

My stay was adequate. Definitely not exceptional like previous stays with Hilton. Most of the staff were friendly and responsive, one staff member was a little rude when I asked for a packet of hot chocolate one evening. She was working the check-in counter and told me no, when it's empty that's it for the day! I was really disappointed after a long cold day!
