Great downtown Richmond location and food options. The rooms were very clean and the beds comfy! Would definitely come back again.

It was a disappointing stay. The walls are paper thin. I woke up from noise in the room next to me. When I told the man at the front desk that there was a towel hanging up in the shower with yellow and brown stains and that the toilet kept running, his response was, "It shouldn't be like that." No kidding.

Load, messy, non clean room. Service in the Starbucks and restaurant terrible. I realize they arent part of the hotel, but they do add to the experience since they are located in the hotel lobby. Wont stay here again. Marriott needs to step up their game

Good place to stay. Need two bartender because had to wait for drinks. Shuttle service is excellent, hotel check in, gives excellent service. I wish the hotel could match what third part organizations offer.

I booked a reservation for this hotel last year for the same event I attended this year. Last year I arrived at the hotel and was told there were no rooms available even though I had made my reservation. They stated that the hotel was full and there was nothing they could do. This year I arrived to check into the hotel and the same thing happened. I was kicked out of my room for other people who booked our hotels through Marriott. Even though I booked my room in July of last year. There was one lady that went out of her way to try to make sure that I was taken care of. Her name was Ilena and she was outstanding. I will not stay at this hotel again I thought it was a fluke last year so I tried it again but with it happening again it is not worth it.

Had tickets for The National, great hotel within 2 blocks for walking. Staff was very friendly, hotel and rooms very clean. I would definitely book this hotel again.
