All of the staff was great and very friendly. Our housekeeper Shanice was wonderful! So pleasant and willing to help. This young lady is definitely an asset to your property. My only issue was that it took a long time to get a microwave in our room upon request. After a second call to front desk and 43 minutes, we did get a microwave. Great hotel, just maybe they were under staffed that day. Thanks for the stay.

We came out for the holidays to spend with family. Most of the time I don’t sleep well at hotels due to the bed. Or you find things in the bathroom that were not cleaned properly? We didn’t have those issues here. The staff was super friendly and helpful

The property was clean, stylish and well maintained. The only disappointment I had was the confusion around the inclusion of the breakfast buffet. In the email, it clearly states that breakfast is included. Unfortunately, not everyone was on the same page.

Well everything was going well until around 2:36am, fire alarms sounded off to evacuate 6 floors down the stairwell to hanging out outside in the cold for about 30mins. Asked various staff and never got a definitive answer on what caused the fire alams to go off.
