Super friendly staff at checkout and throughout the stay. Room was beautiful. The only minuses, I should have asked for handicap room because the shower was hard to get into and out plus the lack of parking in the garage is harder on seniors like me. Overall, will try to book again in the future because this place has it all.

Shirley was the funniest person ever. We loved her. The night desk manager was awesome also. I think she was Keindra. So nica and helpful. The property was great with employees visible everywhere.
My son got conjunctivitis from the nasty green indoor pool, and the hot tub was lukewarm. There was also a man, who claimed he used to work at the resort, who reamed us out while we were swimming, and staff did nothing about it.
Fast, courteous check-in. Gentleman was very polite and accommodating. Walked out to the entrance to ensure us to the direction of the parking lots since the parking garage is under construction. Very clean room and resort in general. Will definitely return in the future.
There was construction going on around the place, not to bad but parking lot was closed due to construction so had to park 3 blocks away. I checked in at night after shuttle driver was gone for the night. So a female, alone, in 30 degree weather at night walked 3 blocks to the hotel was not the safest feeling but unavoidable. Nothing they could have done about it, the garage needs the repairs. Just I inconvenient .
I hate leaving bad reviews. But this place wasn’t the best. Staff was amazing, don’t get me wrong there. Bunch of broken stuff in the room, microwave, tv, sink, lamp. Neighbors were so loud we switched rooms but it was two fulls instead of one king.

The room was nice. Loved the oceanfront balcony. However, not all of the elevators were working and the staff was using the guest elevators. Parking was horrible. And not one ice machine was working, nor the ice maker in the refrigerator.
Needs an upgrade. Door to balcony was a struggle, tap hard to turn off, toilet room microscopic. Staff was great but had a sidebar with huckster timeshare swindle offer. One elevator broken, parking garage hazardous.

The pictures must have been taken when the hotel first opened. The room smelled, couch was dirty, lower quality furniture, really room in gener. Dead roach was smashed against the wall of the evaluator on floor 7, indoor pool was lower quality. I would expect the entire experience from a motel, but not a hotel and not by the explanation/claim from the hotel's listing on their website.
Very nice hotel right on the beach
Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are becoming dated and in need of updates but are very clean and have all of the amenities. Room keys worked sometimes and sometimes not. We'd certainly come back.
Staff was nice, but the hotel definitely edits their photos. The hotel itself is very old and it is showing the lack of upkeep. Very old paint on the walls that is chipping and all over the floors in the rooms, rolled up carpets and dirty towels would lay in the walk ways for hours, closet doors did not close because settling made it impossible. The place also smelled old and musty in general. Not the worst experience I had and I will give kudos to the staff for helping as much as they could, but it is not a place I would go back to if I could avoid it.
Very nice stay. Room was well equipped with a kitchenette as well as separate sitting area.
The location and its access to the beach
Check in was slow. However, it was New Year's Eve. We had some trouble with keys not working and having to have engineering reprogram the door. Room was great and as advertised. Beach access was right out our door! We had a great view of the Christmas lights and our room was in walking distance to several great restaurants.
